 + -1 moreIt went very well. Ian, the salesperson, was professional and courteous. He provided a reasonable quote and scheduled the work to be done soon after. The installer showed up on time and got the work done efficiently and cleaned up after himself. He was also courteous and professional.
Description of Work: They installed a retractable bug screen for the patio door.

Based on the style of my homes, they have offered suggestions (even if I have something else in mind), not only making the selection process efficient but often optimizing my decisions. The purchase and installation process goes smoothly. And, they back up their work, in the rare event of any concerns (mostly related to my own OCD!). We just bought a weekend home and will be using them soon for that, as well as any future homes. We also recommend them to friends and family, who have been equally pleased. Very nice in this day and age to have a quality service provider!!
Description of Work: I have used The Shade Shop for 3 of my homes to dress approximately 40 windows (and counting!). Treatment types have included plantation shutters, valances, Roman shades, Duette pleated shades, blinds, roller shades, and Phantom Shades.

 + -1 moreThe shades were completed in the time they told me they would be done. The installer arrived at the time scheduled and did and excellent job of rehanging the shades and replacing the hardware. I fine the owners to be very informative and easy to work with.
Description of Work: They redid the pulls on my shades that I had purchased earlier and re-hung all of the shades.
