Description of Work: It was reported the home had no telephone service and the possible cause may be the alarm system was not releasing the telephone line. Technician responded and determined a wireless base unit was the cause of the line fauilure. He restored all telephone service even though it was not his responsibility

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY GOOD ON THE PHONE. THEY TRIED TO WALK ME THROUGH THE PROBLEM ON THE PHONE, BUT I COULDN'T GET IT TO WORK. THEY THEN CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE AND FIXED THE PROBLEM FOR A VERY GOOD PRICE.
