Description of Work: Bought a Big Deal from Stevenson for a thermal camera attic inspection, including insulation and ventilation analysis. Company did not respond in the guaranteed time frame. Once the owner finally came to the house, he not only had no idea what he had sold me, but said his company didn't even have the ability to do it (doesn't even own a thermal camera!!). Performed no inspection, refused to install the included attic stair blanket, and provided no report. 100% failure.

Description of Work: We used Stevenson to complete our attic insulation. They did a wonderful job. We're currently doing construction on our home and we've had several of the crew members mention what a thorough job was done in the attic.

Description of Work: They insulated my attic with R-38 insulation. It was a combination of sprayed and the rolled insulation. Total time required about 2 hours. Hope it reduces my summertime electric bills! They were prompt and emailed their proposal to me and called to answer my questions. They honored my request to not do the work if it was raining on the scheduled date.
