+ -1 moreSouthcross installed a complete alarm system on my new home to my specifications. Prior to installation, they gave me an estimate and answered all my questions regarding the system and installation. The installers showed up on time and called before they arrived to let me know they were on the way. They also installed a video intercom on my front door. The installers were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about the system. They even took their shoes off so as to not make a mess on my brand new carpet and were willing to route the electrical as needed because an outlet had not been installed in the master closet for the control panel. Anthony explained in detail how the alarm worked, answered all of my questions, and ensured everything worked before he left. I have used this company in the past for apartments and they did a wonderful job then. They did a great job on my new home and I would recommend them to everyone.
Description of Work: Southcross installed an alarm system on my new home, including a master control panel, contacts on every door and window, motion sensors, glass breaks and touch screen key pads.

+ -1 moreSouth Cross Security is a good service company and their staff are very professional. The companies response time is great and I feel that the monitoring service is the best value in the area. I have never had a problem with false alarms. They explained the whole system including how it works and how to program it.
