Sliding Door Co Houston

We had Sliding Door install sliding doors in our master bedroom and our office within the last year. On two occasions, we had to have them come back out to fix a couple of doors that had begun to squeak. On both occasions, they responded immediately and sent out two techs to fix the problems. On this last visit, the same two techs, David and Elias, came out and fixed the problem, replacing the glider wheels (my terminology) on all three doors on my side of the closet, even though just one door was squeaking. Nice! They were very timely, polite and efficient. Also, the scheduler, Jose Manzo, was great at working with me to set up the appointment, and then helping to reschedule due to the fact that Hurricane Harvey caused us to postpone the appointment. There have been no charges for the follow up service calls, which I assume the doors are still under warranty.
