Description of Work: The pet odor was completely gone! The carpet looked cleaned and almost new . Yes, I will use them again.

Description of Work: The 2-man team did a great job of cleaning the carpet. Also, they demonstrated tile cleaning on a small section of my ceramic tile. Wow, I'm going to get the whole floor done next!

Description of Work: They were very professional and organized. I can't believe what a good job they did on our cat stained carpeting. It cost more for the pet odor removal, but it was well worth it. I also paid more for some hard wood floor steaming. Again, the floors never looked so good. I will certainly call them again when we need our carpets or wood floors cleaned.

Description of Work: They did a very good job, but be aware of the add ons which will add up quickly to a lot of $$$. Good quality work overall though they missed few patches in the closet corners.

I had three runners that were in terrible shape - I was going to throw them away if someone couldn't clean them up. Technician took them to his shop to clean - he did a wonderful job.

Description of Work: The provider cleaned one set of carpet stairs and cleaned and treated a 5 x 8 rug that one of my dogs had peed on repeatedly. It was e pensive, but Serenity cleaned the rug, the backing, applied enzymes to eliminate the smell and sealed it. That is why it cost so much. You get what you pay for. Leonard was super professional, polite and accommodating. The service could not have been better.

Description of Work: We got an Angie's List deal but they later told us we can just phone them directly for the same $149 deal without purchasing here on Angie's List. They cleaned our 3rd floor (2 bedrooms, 2 closets, and the stairs). Then cleaned our lower level office carpet. The guys are always great, no pressure, all good! We'll definitely call them again as we clean the carpets twice a year!
