Perfect job.

The company is amazing. My four year old had used black and red crayon to "decorate" a portion of the white carpet. I had been unable to remove the color and it had actually been in the carpet for several months because I didn't have the money to have the carpet cleaned immediately. Serenity somehow (magic probably) completely removed the black and red stains. The carpet looks like new. Besides the four year old, I have 3 pets so my expectations of having the carpet look good again were pretty low. Now it looks fantastic! These guys are amazing.

I called and received an approx estimate over the phone and set up a date for the cleaning in about a week.. The cleaner arrived on time, and performed the services efficiently and professionally, pointing out & explaining several small bad stains which could not be removed. I was pleased with their overall service and would certainly use them again.

Charles arrived on Time and did a great job cleaning the carpet. I will use them again!

I called on Monday to schedule an appointment and they were able to work us in for Thursday. The technician called me to make sure I was going to be home for the service and he agreed to meet me at a specified time. When I arrived, the technician was already there waiting for me. We met and went inside to review what I wanted done and he agreed to do the job at the specified price. He helped me move some of the furniture out of the way and immediately began to work. I was very impressed with the technician's punctuality, work ethic, attitude and willingness to work with me. After he was almost complete, I asked how much it would cost to clean the stairs and he quickly responded that he could do it at no additional charge. I was very satisfied with the job results and will gladly consider this company the next time I need my carpet cleaned.

I called to schedule an appointment in the morning and he was able to work us in that evening. The technician was prompt, worked hard, and best of all- the carpets look great! Would definitely use this company again.

Charlie was very prompt and professional. He was able to set up our appointment for the very next day. He arrived early, went to work immediately, and finished in less time than I had estimated. The carpet looks as good as new. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to any of my friends.

Our cream colored carpet, which has a tough life with our toddler boy, had many stains and much overall wear and tear and was looking pretty shoddy. The Serenity cleaners, Charlie and Chris, did a fantastic job restoring it to its original ivory color and even were able to get out stains I had worked on with cleaner and elbow grease but was unable to get out. There was even a bad spill of hot cocoa or coffee which is now completely gone - amazing! The microsuede on our cushions was equally stained (including a big scribble in green marker), and Serenity also worked their magic on those. Charlie and Chris are young, courteous guys who were very thorough and professional. We had a 10% off coupon from Angie's List and so for under $200 including tax and everything, I feel like we have our original, clean, new looking living room back. I highly recommend them!

I was able to schedule with Charlie within a few days. He did an excellent job! It is nice when someone takes pride in their work and does a thorough job. I would recommend this company to a friend and look forward to using them in the future.

Charlie came out and first fixed a squeaky floor for us. He went above and beyond what we expected. He also re-stretched the carpet in three areas of the second floor.

Based on the reviews I called Serenity to clean 3 rooms (bedrooms) of carpet. They answered when I called and were able to come out the next day. Chris called before he came, showed up on time, worked in a professional and friendly manner and did a great job. What more can you ask for?

They came out early. We were pleased with their work, but we are going to have to replace the carpets. It is no fault of theirs. The previous owners of the house had pets and there were pet stains all over the carpets. When they tried to clean they cleaned so deeply that they pulled off stains out of the carpets and it got damaged. There was nothing we could do than to replace the carpets. They were very thorough. The price was paid for by the previous owners. They were reasonably priced too.

I had a very narrow window of time to have the carpets cleaned in the house we bought before the movers arrived with our furniture. Serenity did the work on a Saturday to accommodate our time.

Charlie once again arrived right on time. He should be called a carpet surgeon. He deftly cut out three bleached/stained spots, and swapped them out with carpet from another back section of the walk-in closet. It doesn't look like anything was ever wrong. I am very pleased. He then cleaned a single area rug that we're taking with us when we move. Then he didn't charge me for it, only for the repair. I then asked if they service Katy to which he said "we go anywhere!". I'm sold. I'll call them when I'm in need at the new house.

Very well. The carpet was cleaned to our satisfaction, at a price that was very reasonable, and we only had to wait two days for an appointment. I suspect we could have gotten an earlier appointment had I not called on a Saturday. The owner also helped us identify the best way to clean our carpet in preparation for selling our home.

I called several companies and Serenity was the lowest bid. I needed a specific date and they were more than willing to work with my schedule. They came on time and worked hard the entire time. They did a fantastic job and I was especially pleased with the fact that they were able to get the stains out of our office carpet which gets lots of traffic. The cleaning solution they used left my house smelling wonderful. I would definitely use them in the future.

Wow. They came right when they said they would. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. He said the damage could not be fixed with resewing, as it was related to missing fibers (which the vacuum sucked up). Which was fine. I'm glad I didn't spend $ on a repair attempt and then spend on replacement. He then stretched the carpet section and wouldn't charge me. He said it was such a small section he'd just put the visit down as providing an estimate. I will most definitely use them next time I need anything.

I had a tough pet stain on new berber carpet that I thought might be hopeless. Serenity Carpet did a great job and the stain was removed. They were professional and courteous. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

I had called a couple of carpet cleaners and Serenity Cleaners had the most reasonable price. They were able to come right away as we were about to move into the house. They steamed cleaned our carpets up stairs and were able to repair a tear that somebody had make in one of the rooms. However, I later found a little part in the corner that was not properly fixed. But overall I was satisfied.

They did a great job and the price was lower than the other estimates I received. The carpets look like new! I will hire them again for my other house.

They arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule. They were very polite, professional. Asked me if I had any areas of concern that needed special attention. Price was exactly what I was quoted. Work was done quickly and efficiently. I will definately use them again. I have already referred them to my friends.

Excellent - on time, per estimate, professional crew, did the work throughly.

Very thorough job; moved the furniture and placed items on spacers to allow carpet to dry. Treated heavily stained areas and made look vastly better. For the price, I can afford to have them back more often to keep carpet looking good.
