Serenity Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

I was very pleased. I will definitely call Serenity again. The carpet has never been so clean. My only regret is that I neglected to ask him to clean the carpet inside the master bedroom closets.

They were excellent and came on time. They had a half price special going on so I paid $150 to get carpets cleaned in two or three rooms. I was very happy with the service. Their service was excellent. I am going to use them again when they have another special.

He is a good guy, he's just wonderful. I called him for a price; he came out and didn't do anything extra nor charged me for anything extra. He just said this is the price and this is what we are going to do which I really appreciated. When he got here, he was on time and all that good stuff. He started cleaning the carpet and very tactfully at the end he let me know that the person who had come before had used too much soap so that's why the carpet wasn't clean. When I did the research a week later the carpets were still clean and they still look good. The long term result of what he did is very good. He is a very good guy. He was from Angie's List special feature. I would refer him to others too.

We enjoyed an Angie's List deal that saved us $50.00, but at 25 cents a square foot, the price would have been worth it without the coupon. Charlie responded to all emails promptly, showed up on time, and completed our job quickly and professionally. He worked hard to get some really nasty stains out of our carpet at no extra cost, and offered to come back if they returned. He provided great service, and I'd recommend him completely.

Excellent! Efficient while still giving great quality service. Charlie showed up on time and did a great job. He was professional, courteous. He included the master closet at N/C which was highly unexpected. Other companies would use this to up-sell. I will use this company again for future needs.

They were very responsive and arrived on time as scheduled. The individual was very professional, friendly and worked hard while here. The entire job took 1.5 hours. Unfortunately, a stain that appeared to have been completely removed when he left re-appeared after it had finished drying. He immediately came back out and now it looks perfect! He also helped us with how to get similar stains out in the future ourselves. I was extremely impressed by the level of service provided by Serenity and would definitively recommend them for all your carpet cleaning needs.

They answered my questions clearly and honestly on the phone, showed up on time, did an excellent job of getting out hte toughest spots on the carpet, and didn't add extra charges. Hooray!

Charlie arrived on time and did a great job.

'Charlie' contacted me the day after I purchased the big deal and setup an apointment just 3 day's later that met my time requirements. Phoned me in advance to let me know he was running behind so I met him right on the new adjusted time. Very nice as otherwise I'd have had to sit around for 45 minutes. Steam cleaned the carpet. Did an excellent job. Old carpet came out far nicer than I'd have thought possible. Did extra work to deodorize some cat urine odor in one of the bedrooms. Very pleased with job and service. Would definitely use again.

The owner/operator kept in touch and arrived at the agreed upon time and went to work. Set up for these van mounted cleaners seems to take more time than the actual cleaning. However, when he was finished, the results were outstanding. He even cleaned a walk in closet that was not part of the contract. I could not be happier with this company and expect to have them back here whenever needed no matter what the cost. I know he will provide value for my money.

The person who came out said that he charges $25 a square foot to clean the carpets and I thought that was pretty reasonable. So, that way I can judge just about how much I want to do at one time. He did a pretty good job. He did what he was supposed to do. I showed him what my measurements were, but he took his measurements as well and it pretty much coincided. Then I told him when I wanted it done and that?s what he did. He asked me if I wanted to do the stairs or not. So, I told him that it was not included, but he said that he would do it anyway. So, he did the stairs and I was pleased with that. I would give him the highest rating because of his honesty and his workmanship. When he left, my carpets were not saturated, but I didn?t have that experience with some other carpet people. I had the chair in my sitting area which is pretty much like a garden material. He showed me a spot that was there for a while and he did clean that as well. He was pretty good. His professionalism was very good too. I would use his services again.

Being new to the area and with so many companies to choose from we decided to join Angie's list to provide valid options. We selected 3 carpet cleaning companies from Angie's preferred listings. Called the first but were disappointed as we only received a quote over the phone. Called Serenity next and were so impressed with their response and personal attention in providing an in-home inspection, quote, and scheduling that we didn't even consider calling the third company. They honored their "Big Deal" discount and instructed us on how to process it. The gentleman showed up on time as scheduled and performed all the services as previously discussed. The job was done efficiently and professionally. We are pleased with the company, it's service and personnel. We will definitely use in the future and will recommend them to friends and family. I found Serenity Carpet Cleaning and Angie's list with great reviews. I called and set the appointment. He was very punctual and did the required cleaning for a great price.

Charlie arrived promptly as scheduled and assessed the areas to be cleaned. He explained the process of pretreating the carpet and advised on the possibility of staining to a table I had not been able to move. We discussed an alternate method for cleaning around it, so as to not damage the table, and it worked. He assisted me in moving a coffee table into another room. Charlie carefully set up his equipment and got to work. He was focused, and only entertained conversation when I initiated it. But, when I did, he stopped and gave me his full attention. I truly appreciated this about him. He was exceedingly polite and very mannerable. When he finished, I could not believe the condition of my carpet! I was having it cleaned only as a stop-gap measure until I could rip it out and put down hardwood floors. Although the carpet is very high-dollar, it was badly stained when I purchased the home. I was advised it was a top grade product that could be successfully cleaned. I had brought in a professional cleaner before I moved into the house. This guy charged me $800 to clean the carpets and draperies. Most of the stains left in the carpet were there before he cleaned the carpet. 'Nuff said? Well, I'm standing there with my mouth wide open because Serenity Carpet has just removed 85-90% of the stains that were in the carpet for 4 years!!! So, I'm remarking to the young gentleman how amazed I am, and he's saying, "Yes, ma'am, this is a very high-quality carpet. The padding is so thick in the bedroom, I could hardly handle it!" And, in the back of my mind I'm thinking, "this must be like the invisible ink trick." "As soon as this carpet dries, all those stains will magically show up again..." Well, the carpet dried long ago, and I'm still waiting for those old stains to reappear! You don't know what this service has done for me. I'm on a tight budget, and have been living with the stains, saving up my pennies, and praying for the day I could replace the carpet with hardwood floors. Well, now, I don't have too for several more years! This is a true blessing. I thank Serenity Carpet for their total professionalism and work ethic. Charlie and his dad, Clay, are a two-man operation. But, even though they are a small family business, they provide a top-notch service. I will definitely be using them again to re-stretch my perfectly good, stain-free carpet! And, Clay does carpentry and builds furniture, so he can expect a call, too! I will be recommending Serenity Carpet to all my friends. In fact, I have several friends lined up and waiting to make their appointments! So, Charlie (and Clay), when they call and mention my name (and they will), give 'em a hardy smile for me!

The young men who came were very professional, and worked hard to set up a tricky situation so that they could use their truck mounted steam carpet cleaner. They were even nice to my cat, petting and reassuring her! They beautifully stretched and repaired several areas of the carpet. They worked hard, and the job was done in a reasonable time. The carpet now looks brand new! Kudos, Charley and Chris!

I purchased this sale item through Angie's List and the day after I purchased it someone from the company called to schedule a time to come out. The day before he called to confirm, but apologized that he had double booked my time. My husband works from home so it was no problem. He called once he was leaving his other job to give us an idea of how long it would take. Once he arrived he cleaned and gave us instructions on letting it dry then left. We are very pleased with how the carpets look and we will definitely be using them again in the future.

The serviceman arrived 30 minutes later than scheduled. When he arrived he was all business, prepping and cleaning carpet. They looked WONDERFUL when he was finished! I didn't think they looked too bad before but we are delighted with the results. We will definitely use Serenity again for upholstery and carpet cleaning.

Charles and I set a date for Friday, April 8th 2011. He arrived on the property and checked in with the security guard who gave him the key to my vacant townhouse. He called me back a few minutes later to apologize because my townhouse was too far from where he could park the truck for his hoses. We discussed several scenarios, one of which was parking on the street right in front of my townhouse and using his hoses through the gate, however, he did not have his traffic cones with him. He said he could do the job again on Monday (because it was set to be leased a few days later) and he would bring his portable machine. I really appreciated the fact that he called me on Monday to say he was running late but was enroute to my Townhouse. He called me back and said he was done and would leave the invoice with security. On Tuesday, I went into my townhouse and was pleasantly surprised that all (repeat all) of my carpet stains were gone. Although I was hesitant at first when he said "portable" because I pictured one of those ancient carpet machines waiting to be rented in the front of stores, however, I didn't need to worry about this because the finished result was spectacular! Additionally, Charles gets extra points for locking all of my doors to my townhouse when he was finished! This was hands down, my best interaction with a carpet cleaning company and I will DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN!!!!!

I needed all my carpets cleaned that had not been professionally cleaned for 4 years. With 5 children a dog and a cat they were pretty nasty! I contacted the company by email asking if they were available on a particular date and whether i could utilize the 'big deal' of $150 and pay for any additional areas. I received a prompt phone call response confirming my requests. They turned up on time and did a fabulous job. I was not charged anything more than the $150. Very, very happy and I will definitely use them again.

A+. He honored the Angies List coupon for $150 for 4 rooms, which made him the lowest of all the ones I got verbal quotes from. Then he arrived exactly when promiseed. Was extremely friendly. He worked hard for about 2 hours to do all the work. I would absolutly use his company again

It went beautifully. The day we had scheduled was bitterly cold and there was ice all around and on the roads. They did not cancel the appointment. They came and cleaned and I am very pleased.

I have had them out 2 or 3 times and I have had good experiences with them. They did a really nice job. We had a lot of stains in the carpet and they got them up. We have had other companies out before that could not get the stains out. He was able to. He came out twice because some stains came out after he was here and he told us that may happen. He came out and tried again. We have a lot of pets and pet stains and we have had him out several times to clean the carpets. Each time he has come he has been professional and helpful. It is a really great business. He has really reasonable prices compared to other people.

I chose this company based on their name and reviews. From the first call they were professional. When the young man got to my home I was running a bit late for a doctor's appointment so he volunteered to wait outside until my son got home to get started. He will never know how much I appreciated this thoughtful consideration, I had an appointment with an Oncologist, and so obviously could not reschedule. I also had 5 women from work coming to my home the next day so was anxious as to how to handle the situation. I really wanted my husband with me at the Dr. Appt,. He waited for about 30 min for my Son to arrive and when I got back my carpets were cleaned and still look wonderful even with 2 kids, 3 dogs, and 1 cat!

Everything went well. They had excellent rates.
