Serenity Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

Charlie arrived right on time. We have a little dog who didn't like our move and started tee-teeing on our carpet. We have had our carpet cleaned by 2 other companies since we moved here and nobody got our carpet stains out like this. The carpet looks new.

We had 5 rooms and the upholstery in the family room cleaned. Charlie arrived on time and ready to work. He did a fantastic job and our carpets were dry in very little time. The upholstery cleaned looks brand new.

Charlie from Serenity came over to clean our carpets. We had purchased a Big Deal on Angie's List that covered cleaning the upstairs rooms. We also had him clean most of the downstairs rooms as well. He moved furniture to get underneath (such as for our sectional couch). He wasn't able to get under all of the king size bed because it doesn't move well. There was also a stain under the couch ) that he wasn't able to get out. He said it could have been some water that bled off some of the couch finish (???). Guess it is like a dye that can't be removed. Wish he had some way to get that out. Otherwise, everything looks pretty good. He also provided me with some carpet care tips. I'm happy with the work and would use them again.

Charlie arrived promptly and immediately set to work. He was extremely thorough in cleaning and offered an extremely fair price even though the square footage cleaned was almost twice that quoted in the Big Deal he offered, he only charged slightly over the deal price. I was quite pleased with the quality of his work and would definitely recommend him (already have!) and will call him again for future cleaning.

The services went well. He just cleaned the carpet and the couch in a timely manner.

We've used them twice and they were just excellent. They cleaned better than any company we've ever had. They were in and out. They didn't waste time. They did an excellent job. We'll call them anytime. They were able to get stains out that we weren't able to get out before. It was a Big Deal that we purchased. They were also punctual. If they get lost or run 10 minutes late, they call. They were the best we’ve ever had. Their price was excellent.

I was very happy with their service. They had a special where they did 4 rooms. He did a great job and showed up on time. He was very up front about what he could and could not remove. We have pets and we had some stains that were fresh. He was very good. I would absolutely use him again. The price was reasonable.

He worked steadily and efficiently. The carpets are ten years old and have not been cleaned for four years, so I wondered whether they could become clean, but they look beautiful.

I called and got on the schedule for Monday 12/12/11. They called to confirm we still at appt at 12:30pm. Charlie arrived right on time and immediately began to work. Very professional and through. Completed the 4 rooms in under 2 hours. Rooms look incredible. Like new carpet.

Charlie came right on time and immediately got to work. I had the carpet on my stairs and hallway cleaned, as well as two chairs and the panel of a sofa. I have two dogs and one is not housebroken. I was truly amazed at the incredible results that Charlie achieved. The carpets were a mess, and the stairs were worse! He got out all the stains and the spots. I was thinking about replacing the carpets, but he did such a great job that it is not necessary. I will recommend him to my friends and will definitely call him again!

Charlie arrived when expected, did a fabulous job, charged the special price, left everything in great shape. Several days later a spot appeared in the living room and he immediately came back to get rid of it.( IIt did not show when he left the first time and hasn't shown up since) He really went above and beyond to get the job done!

This service was offered as one of Angie's Big Deals. The carpet in 4 rooms cleaned for $150, Charles came on time,did a wonderful job, and even touched up a couple of spots that were in an additional room an no charge. Since I have a pet, he did mention that some of the stains might return. I can accept that he told me as he was cleaning so I would notbe upset if some of them show again. From the time he came to the front door (and he was there on time) he had thecarpet cleaned and was out the door in a little over an hour.Excellent job; professional personnel and I would call them back again.

Charlie arrived right on time and went right to work after I showed him where the areas to be cleaned were. He got everything in his van set up and was very mindful about my cats not getting out. He started the cleaning and worked his way downstairs from the third to the first floor in a little less than an hour, I would say. The carpet was not terribly wet and most if it was dry anywhere from 1-4 hours, depending on if there was a ceiling fan in the room, or strong air circulation from the AC. There were no additional charges and he gave me a couple of tips and said if I had any problems or questions to call him. This is a family owned business and he is the owner. He said he'd be the one to answer the phone if I called. He was very nice and you could tell that he takes great pride in his work. I would recommend him to anyone who needed their carpet cleaned. He's punctual, does very good work and you get tremendous value for your dollar.

While we have been living overseas, our three 20 yr old sons plus two large dogs have been living in our home. The carpets were horribly dirty. I had even had some of them cleaned by a different company before I returned home, but they still looked very bad. Charlie did a great job. In fact, my dining room was so dirty, I had planned on trashing the carpet and either tiling or recarpeting. But he got it clean enough that it will be fine for my house full of Thanksgiving guests. I'm in a time crunch, getting ready for guests before I return overseas again, and he saved me! He was so easy to work with and did a very good job. .

It was a Big Deal that we purchased for 4 rooms for $150. They seemed to be thorough. Initially I had wanted him to do the scotchguard and he forgot. I had negotiated a price to do some cleaning in some additional rooms. Once he realized he forgot he said that he would go back and do the scotchguard and that he wouldn't charge me any extra for the other rooms and we would just call it even at $150. I thought he did a nice job of taking care of his mistake.

The folks at Serenity arrived on time, performed an excellent job of cleaning my carpet and were careful of my furniture in the process. What more could I ask? I will use them again.

The experience was totally positive. The technician was late, but called, he was extremely courteous and worked very hard. He was informative and our carpets have never looked this good after any other cleaning. We will be using them again and recommending them to friends.

Charlie arrived both times right on time, complete with enthusiasm and professionalism. He patiently listened to our concerns and even went way beyond, to explain particulars about carpets, the nature of stains, and benefits of carpet stretching. He worked efficiently and refused to leave until both jobs were completely done to his satisfaction and high standards. We respected his obvious spirit of excellence, and given any carpet needs for the future, we will not hesitate to contact Serenity. It is a well-run family business.

The guys were running a bit late but did call and advised me that they were trying to complete the job before me. When they arrived, they got to work promptly. The carpet I have is very old but is a high quality commercial grade. My grandsons had spilled food on the carpet plus there were pet stains. I was very, very pleased with the results. The carpet was restored to it prior color and smelled great. I joked with them about how they should have taken before and after pictures since there was such a change. Yes, I would recommend them to a friend. Yes, I would use them again, in fact, I have a call in to clean some more carpets in another location.

What a great job! We had the carpet cleaned twice by the same person and the carpets got dirty pretty quickly. I thought it was us. But, after this time, our carpets still look great. He also got the urine stains out of the carpet and the house smells wonderful!We are so happy with the work that was done. We'll use them again and recommend them to others.

He schedule an appointment with me quite promptly after I purchased the "big deal" and did a fantastic job of cleaning the carpets in my house. With kids and their friends spilling drinks and food all over the house plus 2 dogs, the carpets were quite filthy. After Charles worked on them, they looked brand new.
