Serenity Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

Charlie confirmed the afternoon before and was on time the next day. I was able to get an appointment in the same week I called to inquiry, which was excellent. Some services didn't have appointments for weeks out. Charlie guarantees his work and works on his own so he knows the job is done well. He is professional and quick! His product leaves no odor, where some services have a scent in their formula which will give you a headache. The carpets dried in four hours and looked great. I would recommend vacuuming after a carpet cleaning because the fibers in the carpet and dust do come up and once dried, you need to vacuum these up. The carpet looks great, and most all stains came out of the carpet. The carpet looks one year old now as opposed to four years old so thank you Charlie!

This is the third time we've used Serenity and their quality and customer service is as great as ever. This cleaning was for an investment property home that we are preparing for sale (immediately after a tenant left). We called for an appointment one week prior and got the day we needed. Then our departing tenant told us that they were planning to clean the carpet, so we cancelled our Serenity appointment. Unfortunately, the day before vacancy, we determined that our tenant used a Rug Doctor rather than a professional cleaning service. In addition, there were still stains in the carpet. We immediately called Charlie and requested a cleaning within three days, as our realtor had scheduled and advertised an open house for the following weekend. Charlie was able to make an appointment within two days. He arrived at the appointed time, cleaned the carpet (including removing the stain), and left the house looking great for the open house. Because of their excellent customer service, quality work, and reasonable prices, Serenity continues to be our "go-to company" for carpet cleaning. Clay and Charlie really know how to take care of their customers.

RUN, do not walk, TO CALL Charlie Everitt and his company Serenity Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning. Mr. Everitt arrived exactly on time. He conducted an inspection of the premises prior to commencing work. Mr. Everitt had just purchased a new cleaning machine providing high efficiency and deeper cleaning - even more reason to call him as soon as possible if you need carpet cleaning services. Tenant advised he had carpet professionally cleaned prior to vacating which appeared to be the case. However, Mr. Everitt put that company to shame. Carpet appeared almost new after he completed the job. Rate was extremely reasonable. Work completed within two hours. Mr. Everitt was most pleasant and professional clearly knowledgable in carpet cleaning according to the highest standards and practices and latest technology.

Never received even an acknowledgment of my message, and called "Better Than Ever" shortly after and received prompt and outstanding service from them!

Contacted the company to set up an appointment. Charlie was punctual and friendly. Charlie provided a clear explanation of the services. He cleaned the carpet and did an excellent job of removing the stains. Serenity Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning is highly recommended and will definitely use again.

. Charlie did a superior job, moved all the furniture and cleaned under every item which several of the other cleaners didn't do. The main thing we really appreciated was there was no additional up-selling after Charlie arrived. We were told what he would do, he immediately went to work, he did what he said he would do, and it was just a superior job. The best carpet cleaning we have ever had. We won't be looking for another carpet cleaning firm in the future. Use this firm and you won't be dissapointed or overcharged.

Our previous carpet cleaning service didn't use a steam system and we felt it wasn't doing a great job, so we sought a new provider through Angies LIst and decided on Serenity. They arrived exactly on time, worked quickly, but did a wonderful job. We will use this company again.

Priced according to Angies special and small additional fees beyond 4 room $149 special. Charle arrived on time calling to let me know he was on the way. Charlie was very professional and efficient. Amazing what one man could do. Removed numerous spots and even removed several indentations from furniture. Twenty year old carpet looks like new. Moved and Replaced some furniture to where it belonged. Job took him less than two hours. Did not soak carpet which dried in about 2 1/2 hours.Could walk on carpet almost immediately. Great Job.

Charlie came out on the cleaning day @ 9:40 and immediately went about setting up his equipment and hooked it up to his van. Started with the upstairs rooms first and cleaned the rest of the areas downstairs. Carpets were cleaned in about 2 hours and they looked great. Carpets were about 90% dry after about 5 hours. I can't say enough good things about this overall experience. Very professional and attentive to detail. Will call Serenity again for next cleaning. Thanks Charlie!

They did good work. There was just problems with communication.

He came about 9:30 A.M. and then began to check the condition of the carpet, it was not good, very dirty. He then got his equipment and started to treat and clean the carpet. He was done in about an hour and a half or less. Wonderful job, great personality. I would recommend him to my friends and family. Very professional.

I called Charlie to ask what was the best type of service given the stains we had. He told me and immediately set an appointment. On the day of the appointment, Charlie arrived on time and we walked through the house. He listened carefully to what we needed, answered all my questions and then went to work. Charlie treated our furniture and home with care and completed the work in the time estimated. He was very nice, professional and punctual. On the work day agreed upon, Charlie called with apologies regarding a traffic accident coming from Katy to Baytown. He arrived at the revised specified time after getting around the traffic problem. He was extremely courteous and professional and explained exactly what he would do. I had two bedrooms and an upstairs den cleaned and deodorized. His setup was done quickly and his equipment did an extremely efficient job. The carpets, which are original to the 30 year old home, looked brand new upon completion and the deodorizing was perfect. No harsh smells, only a lovely clean odor. The carpets were practically dry and took very little time to dry completely. Charlie took good care with my furniture and everything was completed to my liking and pleasure. I would definitely have my carpets cleaned by Serenity again. In fact, I was so pleased I had him take my oriental rugs with him and had them cleaned. He did another amazing job and returned them in one week. For a 9 x 12 oriental rug and a 4 x 6 area rug he charged me $180.00 which was fair and reasonable to me.

I inquired on his web site as to prices and availability. He responded within 24 hours with the prices. We set up a time (3 weeks out) for the service. Charlie confirmed the day before both on e-mail and via a phone message. He came right on time, looked over the job and started working. Charlie was friendly and polite, yet professional. His work is outstanding! The carpets and furniture are as clean as new! I use will use Serinity carpet again and again!

He did an excellent job. He's really good and knows what he's doing. My carpets felt so much fresher. He was a very nice, pleasant, professional person.

Their representative showed up on time as promised, reviewed the areas to be cleaned, then got straight to work. He was efficient and thorough, and the carpets looked great when he was done.

I reneted my house and the folks moved out leaving a REALLY dirty, spotted and stained carept. Charlie came out and got the really bad stuff up. We knew he couldn't get it all but it's good enough to save and doesn't have to be replaced. He showed up on time and got the job done quickly. I am very happy with the job.

Let me start out by saying that I was pleased with the work Charlie did on our carpets. I however was surprised when unlike all the previous experiences submitted about being on time, was not the case with us. After I left messages on both phone numbers wondering where they were, Charlie called me right away. He had forgotten our appointment and could not have apologized more. He was at our home within 20 minutes and was very polite and professional. I will use Serenity Carpet cleaning again but next time, I will call the day before to confirm the appointment.

I bought the Angie's List Big Deal Coupon for this service in October but didn't use it until February. I was very pleased that when I called my appointment was set up when I requested. They were here on time, got right to work, and finished in a timely manner. Both men were very professional and did a fantastic job.

My overall experience with him was good. He did the job well and was here on time.

We bought a house with white carpet that had stains and 2 other "Big Name" carpet cleaners could not get rid of them. Serenity was awesome to work with. He showed up ON TIME, was pleasant and polite AND---the stains came out! The carpet didn't ripple at all like it did the other two times. I highly recommend this carpet cleaning company and will definitely use them again. AAAA++++

They did my sister's house, and she said that they were better than anybody she's ever had. They are going back to do a few more spots. They are cooperative and on time. They work hard. I felt like he was very honest.
