Serenity Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

I called to set the appointment and left a voice message. My call was promptly returned and we set a date for the following week. Charlie showed up on time, with needed equipment, a friendly smile, and professional attitude. We briefly talked about what was best to clean with a 4 room limit and he got going. He efficiently completed the task and was done in about an hour. Before he left Charlie gave me instructions and how to handle things until the carpet dried and was ready to use again. He also gave me some pointers on how to avoid some problems in the future. It turns out I was doing exactly the wrong thing to handle spills and mishaps! I told him I will call him again the next time around. We had no problems, the carpet certainly looks better, and with specials like that i can afford to have the carpet cleaned more often. And I will.

The individual that cleaned my carpet was professional, and arrived on time. He did a wonderful job! I didn't think my carpets would get that clean. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

What a wonderful experience. This is the first time I have used them and I did because of the pricing deal on Angies List. The person who cleaned was extremely thorough and efficient, he went thru the house first to see what needed extra attention, then went back and put the appropriate cleaner necessary. The carpet was steamed cleaned, hasn't been in two years" so it was a little gritty. When he got done my husband and myself were totally in awe of our "new" carpet, that is how good it looked. We are so very pleased and will definitely use them again and not hesitate to recommend which I already have done. GREAT JOB

It went as expected. The technician was very nice.

We just purchased a home and the carpets looked like they needed to be replaced because they were in such bad condition. They were filthy. There were stains all over and the carpet needed to be stretched. We had him give us an estimate over the phone to clean the carpets and stretch one room. Once we got in the house, we saw that we actually needed five rooms stretched. When he arrived, we did not ask him to give us a new quote, but we knew it would be higher the the original quote. When he finished, he gave us the new price that was extremely fair. He even gave us a discount for paying with cash. He was on time, worked hard, and did an amazing job on both the stretching and cleaning. Out of all the stains, only one or two didn't come up. We were extremely pleased with the job he did and our carpets still look great. He even sent us a thank you note for using him.

The guy who cleaned my carpet showed up on time. He was professional.

The technician arrived a few minutes early and was very professional. He walked through the upstairs, listened to my concerns. There were items that needed to be moved off the carpet. I had a bad cold and he said he would take care of everything and I should go relax. He moved the few light weight items onto tables and proceeded to clean. He got all the stains out and did a wonderful job. The carpet was not left extremely wet as some companies have done in the past. He asked me to inspect the work and I found the carpet clean and deodorized.

They did a great job and even came out for a second trip to apply some stain remover and touch up at no additional charge. I will definitely use this company when I needed carpet cleaning.

Charlie's price, based on my limited research though, is the most economical. He only charged me $149 for 4 rooms. I was in the house observing his work, I did witness the difference on the carpet before and after his work. Some reddish stain was even removed by Charlie. We hired him to do a thorough steam clean before our move-in; when there was no furniture blocking his way. However, after the move-in and unpacking, the carpet looks dirty to me again (as the movers stepped on almost every single point of my house and debris from boxes was everywhere). So I decided to call Charlie to run another steam clean for me. He told me that he just got a new steam clean machine which can vacuum the dirt/dust/debris and steam clean the carpet at the same time ! He offered me a good price too to thank for my returned business within 1 month! Will see Charlie tomorrow and can't wait to see his great work.

Serenity is great - they actually succeeded where other carpet cleaning services have failed to remove two stains that I thought we were stuck with for good! I was very impressed, both by their conscientiousness (calling to confirm their appointment the day before and prior to arrival on the day of service) and professionalism. I will only use Serenity in the future - love these guys!

Technician arrived on time and got right to work. He worked very efficiently. When he completed his work, my stained carpet looked like new. I was amazed, but very pleased and appreciative of his efforts. I requested that he not use a deoderizer or any cleaning chemical -- just hot steam -- and he complied. When carpet dried, there was no after smell, and it looked very good.

Scheduled with Charlie late last week for Monday afternoon. He called when he was on the way and was right on time. He charged me an extremely fair price....less than I expected. He cleaned 4 bedrooms, a hallway and the stairs. Entire job complete in 1 hour. The results are amazing! The carpet looks great and he was SO professional and SO nice. Don't call anyone else! He is the best there is.

very punctual and did additional work that was not talked about initially and did not charge us for it. He even cut out a floor plug that was hidden under carpet. Very professional and would use again.

Communication was quick and he was very friendly to deal with. He was on tim and did the work quickly and efficiently and adjusted the price Down when he realized my furniture cushions were single sided. He let me modify the Angie's list coupon slightly to suite my homes needs (coupon was for more carpet than my home has and he let me use my couches as "the rest of the carpet".

Great job overall--responsive, prompt, and professional. Carpets looked brand new and took very little time to dry.
