The company came out, and estimated the cost of new hardwood floors. They were very responsive, and did a very professional job. They had a very nice, and clean shop. I was extremely pleased with the quality of work. They have several shops around the Houston area, I am sure they all do a great job.

This house is relatively new, and we wanted to redo all the flooring in the house. Roberts did a fantastic job on this. The old flooring on the lower level had to be removed to put in the new flooring. This was unnecessary on the upper level, where carpeting was being installed. The whole job took two days, and we are happy with the way the house looks, especially the hardwood, which is perfectly level.

The carpet installers arrived early on a Monday morning to begin work. All furniture was moved out of each room into the hallways, or other rooms to avoid having to move it outdoors because it was raining that day. The two installers were very careful with our furniture, and nothing was scratched in the process. We did not have old carpet to be removed, so the job was finished by lunch time. We had different carpet color installed on the separate levels of our house. The carpeting is also easy to clean, and it looks great.

I feel that when they came out to replace our carpet, they did a great job. The workers never left a mess, and took the old carpet with them to dispose of, which really impressed me. The new carpet, and installation looks great. I really like that there are no visible blemishes anywhere. They were really professionals, courteous, and I will surely use them again.

Roberts Carpet & Tile Floors got everything done before we moved in when we bought the house. We did comparison shopping and they offered the best prices. The sales people were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I trust them and feel that they helped me make the right choice. They were concerned with making sure I got what was best and not what was most expensive; that really impressed me.

We had a severe flooding problem, which took quite some time to resolve. The flooding caused all of our carpets & some of the flooring to rot. Robert's did a superb job, considering it smelled of mold & was messy to handle. The whole area was cleaned & dried previous to laying the carpet. The measurements were precise, & the carpet fit perfectly.

PETER, THE SALESMAN, WAS VERY EXPERIENCED AND PROFESSIONAL. THE INSTALLATION CREW WAS ALSO VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB IN OUR ENTRY HALL, DINING ROOM, KITCHEN, AND BREAKFAST ARCH.
