Description of Work: I called to inquire about installing my surround system to a home a bought that was already pre-wired and Robert walked me through the steps on how to do it myself. Very detailed information and provided with no cost at all. Excellent customer service and was very unexpected. Expected an estimate and got a detailed walk through instead.
