Home theater system was installed, however there were numerous problems with the components, remotes working properly, and configuration of the system. Numerous visits were required with many different techs showing up, none of whom seemed to know entirely what was going on. there were several missed appointments in the midst of all this. Considered legal action against this company.

We had the monitoring service for 6 months. We had an actual alarm go off in the middle of the night. No one called back. Turns out they were not monitoring the calls. I asked for a refund but had to threatent to sue to get anywhere with these guys.
