We are now on day 62 of our 16 day project! Our project manager from Perry Homes has been extremely unprofessional and deceptive throughout the whole process. We have had so many problems with our homes since we moved in 6 months ago! It's impossible to explain the entire situation. We have had 1500 sq ft of tile removed TWICE! Severe drainage issues in entire yard, foundation cracks, cracks in brick exterior all over! Cracks in interior! Not to mention feeling like you are being bullied and feeling threatened by the people from Perry Homes that are suppose to be there to help you! Anyone thinking about purchasing a Perry Home PLEASE do your homework and hire your own inspector! I have never written a complaint in my life, until now! I want to let potential buyers of a Perry Homes to be very careful and do your research!! I have had to learn the hard way!
Description of Work: Replace 1500 sq ft of improperly installed porcelain tile in new Perry home.
