Mashue's has been handling my yard work since June, and I asked them to provide landscaping design and installation for my back yard in order to create an attractive space that would also have habitat value for birds displaced by clear cutting on adjacent lots. I developed a general concept of what I wanted in terms of trees, shrubs, garden bed outlines, and having my fence stained and had Alan come out and work up a specific plan. He drew a detailed sketch of where each individual plant would go after we agreed upon the species of plants, and in half an hour had generated a detailed line-item Service Proposal with clear breakdown of all materials and labor. Mashue's pressure washed my fence, gave it two coats of Behr stain, cut out sod, brought in good soil mix, planted 5 trees, and several dozen shrubs and perennials, installed decorative rock features, and mulched the beds. I was out of town while some of this work was performed, and delighted with the results when I returned!

I called and scheduled lawn care during my absence. I arranged to have the first two mowing's done just before I went out of town so I could check their work and give some feedback. I saw that they did an excellent job. A few small bushes had been slightly damaged, but I chalked that up to my own fault. They were growing too far out over the lawn. I didn't mention it to them, and I trimmed things up so they were not hanging grossly over the lawn. When I got back into town after their last mowing, I saw that everything was shipshape. I was very pleased. Also, the price seemed very reasonable to me. I will definitely call upon them again as needed in the future.

The entire experience was very professional. The Mashue's workers are knowledgeable and experienced, and they don't waste time.

They did an excellent job. All work was done very professionally. They were cooperative about doing a little extra trimming here and there on request. They cleaned up completely after the job and left the yard looking clean and neat.

These men do a wonderful job of taking care of our lawn. They always return as the same crew, they clean up really well and we are going to have them do some landscaping work for us this summer.

Since we are new to the area, we got a recommendation from a colleague, and called Mashue's. We did not hear back from them after leaving a message, then got a VERY apologetic call saying that they had misplaced our number, and hoped that we had not set up service with anyone else, as they were eager to get our business. We've been using them for several months and are very pleased with their responsiveness and professionalism, and their cost of $35 a week for the lawn is reasonable for our corner lot.

Alan came out to give us an estimate. He was professional and gave us a very reasonable estimate (we have a LARGE yard). When the crew came out, they did everything they were supposed to. They were on time, did a good job, and have been reliable in the month since I hired them.

On time for estimate. The company could not trim my hedges in backyard nor remove the mimosa tree. They would have to get another company to do that work. I went with Tilo landscaping because they could do everything I needed done.

Alan Waggoner, the Mashue's rep, was polite, knowledgeable and responsive. His team worked long days nonstop, to install the landscaping at our new home. Their work was impeccable and when they left, the site was cleaned and free of all extra materials. It was the very best, most trouble-free aspect of building our home.

Mashue's Lawn Service did a real good job with all my landscaping needs. They are very presentable and always on time. I never have to wonder whether or not they are going to do a good job. If I ever need anything extra done they are on top of it. I feel that they are very professional.

The lawn is something we just don't worry about. Mashue's comes to cut when it needs it, which is less frequent now that it is fall. It always looks green and is groomed extremely well. They trim real close to the house, especially in the back where the bottom of the house extends outward making it difficult to trim. It used to get very long in that area. Once a month, we receive a bill, which is very reasonable.

We had them come out and design our front yard. They took it down to the dirt, tore everything up, and came out with a completely different design. They took out our shrubs along the side, replaced sod, and put in a stone wall made of flat slates. They were very efficient and when we came home that night everything was finished.
