Description of Work: Evaluated foundation problems, proposed plan(placed piers in strategically locations around house/garage leveled foundation and then check throughout the house to make sure everything was level. We gave Mr. Luna partial payment upfront to purchase materials. He and crew started the very next morn (Sat) and completed the job on Sunday. Mr. Luna could use help with the appearance of his written communications so they will look more professional.
