Description of Work: Initially the contractor said the voucher was no longer valid. That it should have been removed from Angie's list a while back, but he would honor it. He then told me he was extremely booked and couldn't get to me for over a month other than to give a quote. He gave a quote that was over priced and I never heard anything else from him.

Description of Work: They built a wooden deck using pressure treated lumber. Top grade materials were used for all the critical elements including the decking. Very strong support design was used. Deck was carefully and expertly constructed by Edwin and his helper.

Description of Work: I saw an ad for the "big deal" on Angie's List for an outdoor living space including labor and material for $8,999. Regular price $13K+. 10% down of $899 for consultation was ordered at that time. Met with the provider and the job was much smaller in scope than the picture reflected online. The image used online was at least 20X25 with a cedar roof structure, stone posts, and stone flooring. After reviewing the fine print in detail, it's a 12X12 Pergola basically, definitely not an outdoor living space. More than a little misleading by the image used on Angie's List, and part of the description but the details in fine print were accurate as far as the 12X12 space. Should be described as a 12x12 outdoor pergola with stone floor or something. The gentlemen that came out explained everything very thoroughly from that point and was very nice. Explained that the picture on Angie's List that I showed him when I placed the order, he had never seen and that job would be at least $20K+. He also apologized for the misleading photo and said they would be changing it. I would most likely use this company on a different project because he was very forthcoming about what I would actually be getting for my money once he arrived for the consultation. Bottom line is that the image should match the details of the project.

Description of Work: Natural Flagstone--the contractor that actually did the work, is an efficient and well-run organization. The old sidewalk was completely removed, and the new stone was laid out in a brief time with excellent results. Infinite Construction, however, took a very long time to actually get the project underway. Once begun, the project was finished quickly and professionally.

Description of Work: He came out to provide an estimate. I contacted him with a revision to original plan, but never heard back from him. I believe he was extremely busy so I ended up using Concrete Patios Unlimited for this job.

Description of Work: Charles came on time for measurement and gave us plan for porch cover extension and flooring. All seems to be great and we are considering to move with plan in early 2015

Description of Work: Although we chose to modify our project and wait to proceed, the contractor provided a great, detailed plan. The cost was higher than we were willing to spend at the time; however, I think the quality and professionalism of this company is top-notch.

Description of Work: We are still in the planning phase, but Charles has been very responsive and made all changes quickly that we requested. He knows a lot about his industry.

Description of Work: We used Charles for design work for a patio and screen porch. He got the drawings and estimate to us in the time promised. The design was just what I wanted. Now we have to get more bids on the project to decide which company to go with.

Description of Work: While I did not go with Infinite for my patio, I can say they were very professional through the estimate phase. They came to our home and was a great experience talking about our project. They provided a detailed estimate and were very responsive when questions were asked.
