It was fine and I thought he did a good job of it. He talked to me so he asked what my plans were and suggested ideas and then went off, drew up the plans and sent them to me by mail. He was on time, he seems very knowledgeable, competent about what he did and the services he provided. They were good, I discussed what I wanted, he made suggestions as far as kind of what works and what he seemed that didn't work or could have work or something like that. He seems to be knowledgeable because we are in the city limits so codes and things like that, permits and what not.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it went well. We did not end up using them, but they were a nice company. I like the fact that he gave us a drawing of what he proposed. Really, the only thing we did not like was the cost.

Infinite Construction replaced a roof deck and installed new lighting fixtures + switch. Charles was very responsive over email in providing a quote, sending over a design, and in answering questions. The work was done quickly and well; they even rigged a system for hauling planks up to the 4th floor without needing to bring a crane and close the street. I wasn't expecting them quite so early (7:30am) the first day but everything was fine once that was cleared up. His electrician did a good job installing a switch and running outdoor conduit to new lights. The deck itself looks great, though over time the wood has shrunk a little more than expected. Would definitely recommend for future work.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out okay. I did not use them, but they were courteous, came out gave me a bid and kind of what it was about I decided to do something different. He came out and looked at my deck, made some suggestions, but I did not get anything in writing or any drawings or anything like that, which would have been nice. When I called him, he came right out.

He spent nearly 2 hours with us trying to help us solve the grill area. He gave us food for thought but we have not yet tackled that project. My husband thought his price was too high, I don't really have a frame of reference but it didn't sound that expensive to me. Net is we have not completed this project.

Mr. Teer met with us so far two times. After he met the requirements of providing us a design, we decided with him to revise our ideas and he is currently repricing our revised request. He has been absolutely wonderful to work with and we look forward to doing business with him.

One of the problems was that they did not give us the design. They came out, gave us a quote, did more sales than anything and did not give us the design that they talked about. We were waiting for them to send the plans which they never did. My wife called them back. They said that they were really, really busy and they would get back with us but they never did. The guy was very good and he gave us the options and everything. The only thing I didn't like was that we didn't get the design that we were supposed to. He came out and gave us some good ideas. The one thing that did stand out to me was that they tried to go on the high-end. They tried to sell as much as they could. We told them we had the budget and we needed to stick to the budget. That might be why we didn't get a design. I don't know. We ended up going with somebody else. We went with Lowe's and they did a very good job. I was very pleased with their work.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked out fine. He was very professional. I got what I purchased. He was prompt and did what I purchased. He got it to us within a week's time. He came over and explained everything to us and gave us the estimate. We had gotten a couple of other estimates but others wanted me to sign a contract before they would do any type of drawings. He was very, very good and if we decide to do it, we would probably call him back to finalize something. It sounded like he was offering a quality product with quality materials. The way he explained everything was very good.

I contacted Charles via email on July 2nd and received a response promptly on July 3rd. We agreed to meet and discuss the project on July 6th. Charles arrived on time and was very helpful, thorough, and professional throughout our meeting. He really took the time to understand what we had in mind, and to discuss all the various options with us. His quote came by email roughly two days later. I was impressed by the clear itemization of the work scope and costs. While he was at the house, we had embellished the scope quite a bit (it sounded good at the time) and his quote reflected this in its price. It was roughly 50% higher than our planned budget, but the scope was equally bigger than planned. I contacted Charles and we worked via email to reduce the scope to something more in-line with our original intentions. Charles was very responsive, helpful, professional, and patient in this regard. We ultimately elected to use another contractor for the work (lower bid), but I would certainly contact Charles again in the future. He has a passion for quality and I expect that he would have done a fabulous job for us.

Very nice, professional and lots of great ideas. You can tell they use quality products and would do a great job, but they are out of our price range and we could get better prices by contracting out much of the work ourselves.

Infinite Construction's proposal went great. Everything was fine. It was a great consultation. I probably won't be going with this provider because it probably is going to be out of our budget. We decided there's lot of different ways to get to the same end result, so we'll probably done one of those other ways. Within a day of the consultation, he had the proposal ready.

Absolutely the best contractor I have ever worked with. Charles is a very detailed oriented contractor and strives to give perfection in everything. We had one issue with grout on the patio, but it was fixed within 24 hours, and this was after the project had been completed. The patio is gorgeous, his workers are professional and diligent. We are now using his painter to paint our house and do some painting indoors. Everyone he uses is top notch, as is Charles.

I made an appointment with the representative from Infinate Construction to survey the patio renovation at my residence. His schedule was full but we agreed on Sunday afternoon visit. He never showed up, nor did he call to reschedule. I'ts been nearly 2 weeks since we spoke and I still haven't heard from him. If the work I want done is outside their capability, or cannot be done within the time frame I want, a simple phone call declining to bid would be acceptable. It's poor professionalism otherwise. Subsequent to the comments above on 6/9/13, I was contacted by a representive of Infinate Construction on 6/17/13. He apologized for missing their appointment to survey the work on my patio, and lack of communication. He offered a consultation and incentive related to the work. Although I appreciate his contacting me and his offer, I declined as the selection of a contractor is now in the final stage and I cannot delay this any longer. As a result of his contact, I am revising my earlier rating comments.

From the beginning, Charles Teer was a delight to work with. He and his crew were professional, polite, prompt, and responsive. I'm delighted with my new patio and pergola. Charles made good suggestions and kept the price reasonable. We are now embarking on some new projects. If you need anything in the patio, deck, fence, landscaping, and related areas you should definitely call him. You won't be disappointed.

Infinite Construction did an excellent job! Their pricing was competitive, they weren't the cheapest, but far from the most expensive.. I have absolutely no complaints. We weren't sure exactly how we were going to have a patio cover built onto the house, because of the shape, but Charles came up with a great plan and executed it. We are very pleased with our new outdoor kitchen and patio cover. They started the job on time and finished the job as quoted. They were always prompt, professional, and courteous. We are very pleased with the way the project turned out.. Charles was always available to listen to our thoughts, and make any changes we requested. Our outdoor kitchen and patio cover have added value to our home and we could not be happier.

Service individual had mixup in scheduling, but otherwise service call was fine. Discussed several options for modifying existing patio cover. Design drawing still pending. Will consider work to be done at a later date.

I thought the company representative was very knowledgeable and he present what his company could provide that meet my request. His quote was clear, and not more than expected. I did not use this provider only because I choose a more short term solution with the atticipation of revisting a longer term solution after a planned remodel.

Charles was on time. had examples of his companies work. got the visual feel. had real ideals of how it would work on my houses. Just deciding my finances and when i can do it. They will be my company to call. thank you Charles.
