Description of Work: I had Homeco out to measure and give me a quote for granite countertops. I verified (through quote) that the square footage was within the Big Deal's parameters. I purchased the Big Deal. I received a call from Homeco and magically the square footage grew by an additional 17 sq ft.

Description of Work: Installed new granite countertop. Installers were extremely professional and did a fantastic job! You cannot see nor feel any of the two seams. This is by far the best granite installation job! Sandi the Interior Designer for High Ends Flooring has amazing taste. She had wonderful ideas for color and backsplash options. I will definitely use them again! The owner of the company returned my call promptly and gave me two additional color choices on this sale. It was the deal of the year. Thank you High Ends Flooring! Description of Work: A. Remodeled Kitchen: | 1. Removed existing cabinets, countertops and floor tile | 2. Installed new cabinets, 55 sq. ft. of Silestone countertop | 3. Tile backsplash | 4. 225 Sq. ft. of porcelain floor tile | 5. Painted kitchen & laundry room walls, ceiling, pantry and broom closet | 6. Reinstalled dishwasher, new garbage disposer, kitchen sink faucet |B. Family Room, Entry hall and bedroom hallway | 1. Removed tile and installed 550 sq. ft. of porcelain tile and quarter round | 2. Painted baseboard |C. Performance | 1. Vendor and subs were very clean and professional, they arrived on time as they scheduled and cleaned work area daily | 2. Took extra steps to minimize construction dust entering rest of house. | 3. Cons: a. Use of sub contractors who were doing work as secondary to their normal work day. | b. Customer required to monitor work when project manager was unavailable | 4. Project had a 30 day schedule, the vendor completed in 25 days.

Description of Work: They "cleaned the grout & tile". Told me "it would look better when it dried". Bought the deal in Nov. or Dec. Finally (after 6 missed dates) got the job in June. The only comfort of the purchase was that the surface dirt was removed, but grout did not look cleaner at all. Would not recommend this service.

Description of Work: I wanted insulation for a rent house. They called the renter to set a mutual time. (I appreciated that so I didn't have to be a go between. .They came the tenant said they completed the job. Me or the tenant did not know there was a hole at the top of a closet and pink I insulation filled the closet. The tenant called them and they came back to vacuum it up. I was grateful because I would have had to do it.

Description of Work: Bought a deal through Angie's list and also bought additional services from the company. They were a bit slow to respond to my request to schedule the service, but everything else was really fast and smooth. The service technician was very nice and efficient.

Description of Work: I had a total master bath remodel which included new and enlarged shower, new and enlarged custom cabinets, granite, claw-foot tub, porcelain tile, recessed lighting, chandelier, paint, etc. I was pleased with the look and quality of the tile work, and if that were to be the only thing required of High Ends, I would certainly use them again. However, a large project such as this was too involved for this company and it took six months from first contact to completion. There were MANY problems with the other sub-contractors they used or recommended, and while they "made good" on most of them, the time factor was unacceptable. I do want to say that Ed is a very nice man and gave it his best effort. My bathroom is really beautiful--finally.
