Customer service was great. All guys were polite professional and knowledgeable. They all called at least 30 mins before showing up. Not one of them treated me like I was a bother because I had a tone of questions. When they left you could not tell they were there. Meaning no mess was left behind. Even In the house if some insulation fell out of the attic they picked it up. After Beau, Caleb and Roy were done Beau walked around my house and showed me everything they did. Everyone of the guys including Christy, the owners wife, assured me that for whatever reason if I need to have them come back within the 12mths they would. Chey also assured me that if for some reason they have to come back because the problem had not been resolved and its close to the end of the warranty then they would extend it at no charge. How can you go wrong with that?! I would most certainly recommend them.

My guy did a really good job. Noticed a difference AFTER one day. I've only dealt with customer service via email, because that's more convenient for me. And they were very thorough of the services that would be provided & were flexible with scheduling me. And I give 3 stars for "the value for money" because I'm a penny pincher and can't afford much, but they got rid of the critters that made me feel uneasy living in my home. So, it was worth it!

Yes, I was very fearful of the cost for service. But I was even more fearful of our home’s rodent infestation. So, I held my breath and hired Guaranteed Rodent Removal Services. I have NOT seen or heard another rodent since. Priceless!!!

Very nice people. They were efficient, they came when they said they would and the communication was great. He was extremely thorough and found that we had two armadillos when I thought it was just one. He has a lot of experience and it was clear that he knew exactly what he was doing. This company was much more reasonable than another I spoke to and they were clearly a high quality company.

Customer service was excellent. The owner explained the rodent elimination process in great detail. When the technician came to seal the cracks and check entry points he explained in detail. We were not able to get the spray that covered the house that day. The technician was suppose to reschedule but did not. As time passed, I forgot about it. Getting rid of rodents and keeping them away is a costly project but I I haven't seen any since the house was sealed. They also offer an annual check, with a renewal fee, which I hope to take advantage of.

They KNOW rodents and took care of a problem that Nobody wants to have, eew.

We found rodents' dropping in the attic. We considered GRR because of their excellent record on Home Advisor's reviews. We interviewed five other companies, but decided to go with GRR despite the fact that GRR gave us the most expensive quote. GRR have just completed their work today (08/18/2017.) Chay did a great job in explaining the steps of GRR's eradication system. Beau and Lance, the seal technicians, are experienced and did a thorough job. We are very pleased with the great service that GRR provided. GRR is an honest American company. They take pride in what they do. We highly recommend them.

GRR came out, proposed a very thorough eradication system, did the work quickly and followed up two weeks later. His approach was to treat in such a way that the rats were 'encouraged' to leave, and their access points were closed up to prevent their return. It was pricey, but very effective, and guaranteed.

My three-step rodent removal project was just completed Thursday, July 21, 2017; so it is too soon to determine the effectiveness of the whole service. That is the reason for the 4.0 ratings. GRR was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable about roof rodents. I learned a lot. It was quite costly for me; but well worth it, if the end result is that the rodents will not return nor have access. All rodent entry points were sealed, and the attic and garage were cleaned and sanitized. I am, once again, comfortable going and coming through my garage and in my home. Thank you GRR!

I am very pleased so far. They are knowledgeable, professional, and explain all the steps for the project. They are half done with my house. And I'm optimistic that the last half will be just as well done as the first.

Everyone of the reviews I rate said they were expensive and I agree they are. They know what they are doing and they know animal behavior. Everything they said would happen did happen. It took several days for all the raccoons to leave. Their method I think is the safest method for them, my house and the wild animals.
