Description of Work: They move us from our old home into our new home and they also moved some furniture from upstairs to down stairs, the guys did a outstanding job, I had movers in the past and service wasn't good I had just about gave up on movers and pretty much figured that's how movers are then came along firefighting finest moving and I can't put in words how great the service was, I want to thank Shane F, Matt N, Felipe and Ryan G personally for restoring my faith in movers, well at least this company I will encourage anyone I know that will be moving in the future to call these guys if you want to experience a real perfessonal moving company to call them thanks again guys for the help look forward to using your services in the future!!!!!

Description of Work: Move 15x large heavy items. Estimated 3.5 hrs. I estimated 4 hrs. job took 3.75 hrs. load items in Spring. transport to House in Magnolia and unload. Two guys work very good together planning every piece they moved to make sure no damage occurred. Communication between the two guys and my self was very good. Arrived in a very good truck with all the equipment needed to guard and secure the items moved. definitely the best moving company I have hired ever.

Description of Work: Shane, Justin and Bryan N. Were excellent. They moved us from a two story 2400 sg ft home with narrow hallways to our new two story home. They left no marks or damage on any of those narrow hallways or stairs and were extremely conscientious. I was given an estimate and it was pretty spot on regarding how long it would take for the move by Adam at their office. We have moved 3 times in the last 14 ,months for work and by far they were the best overall. I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors. An added plus was their attitude of politeness and willing to make sure we were happy.

Description of Work: Steven and Shane move my mothers entire house of 50 years, made two stop, handled all her thing with care and professionalism. Can't tell you enough how great theses guys were.

Description of Work: Firefighter's Finest provided excellent service during our move. They were professional and worked tirelessly during a very hot day with much of our belongings having to be carried upstairs so as not to scratch our wood stairs. They were awesome guys!

Description of Work: They packed and moved all our household items. They were extremley professional and even did little extra things without charging for them

Description of Work: Our move was much bigger than they were expecting. The time, cost and materials were estimated over the phone. However, they said that practice would be changing. They had reusable boxes that we really liked. We paid a rental fee but it is better than all the recycling. The guys were very respectful, wrapped all my china and crystal without loss. Stayed with the job until it was done.

Description of Work: Piano moved from one floor at source home to 2nd floor at destination home. |Very responsive, questions were asked by mover for clarifications, very good communication to prevent any possible issues. No ambiguity on pricing and was reasonable compared to other reviews. |Piano was covered to prevent any damage during move. |So glad these guys knew what they were doing because I was very concerned I could not find anyone who can move an upright piano. Piano was heavy, though, but they managed to get it moved with a lot of effort. Good thing they were fit. |There were kids around at destination home during the move and the movers were friendly and polite. |Will need to use this moving company again in the future because that piano was a loan and once friend's kid is done learning how to play the piano and wants one of her own, I will have to have it transported to my house so maybe I can re-learn how to play it myself.

Description of Work: The only problem was that they broke a marble top and did not repair it after promising to do so.

Description of Work: Did not end up using them. I got a better quote and was very happy with the work done by the company we hired. I would consider this company in the future though if the need arose.

Description of Work: These guys did a great job moving us from our house into a high rise condo. They were efficient, hard working, courteous. Their estimate of costs was very accurate. We were very pleased.
