They came out within the hour of my call and performed the work on the two doors quickly and well.

They called immediately. They are a Father and son operation. They were very nice to me and one another. They got the jobs done in a timely fashion. I wasn't pleased with a couple of things when they were done. I told them and they did them over until I was satisfied. I would recommend them to others. I don't get things done a lot so I can't say how the price was. My neighbors thought they were a little pricely but the peace of mind was worth it to me.

They were a nice Father & Son team, but don't appear to have much experience somehow. I don't feel they took the necessary -professional- steps that I needed them to take to address the issue. In addition, they kept leaving for extended periods of time & I didn't know if they were coming back. They were missing some necessary tools of the trade & said they would perform certain tasks which they later ended up not performing. I still have the same issue in two of my bathrooms & will hire others to do the final work or I may just do it myself, a little scary. They are good people, just not as professional as I had expected.

I liked these guys, Don and Danny. They fixed the problem. The only thing they should've done was to make sure that the trap door to the plumbing in my upstairs bathroom where they were working, was closed. Hours after they had left, I went up there. The closet door was open and the trap door was open. I have cats that stay inside and 1 was inside that trap door, with the others getting ready to go in. Just always, ALWAYS, give your work a visual" once over" before you leave. Other than that, I am completely satisfied.

Danny and his team understand the work that was required, took immediate action once the job was assigned, clearly communicated next steps, and kept in touch with me at the begininng of the job and when completed. The materials that were used and the craftmanship that were applied to this project were outstanding. Good company, good people, would highly recommend Final Phaze.

Final Phaze was able to complete the job on the spot. I hired this company to repair a cracked door jamb and trim an interior door to fit the opening. II would highly recommend Final Phaze Services and Danny Williams. He was prompt, courteous, friendly and professional. I contacted service master to provide us with a list of handymen that could do numerous kinds of repairs per an inspection report on my recently deceased Mother's home which we were in the process of selling. In what could have been a very difficult time for my brother and me, Danny came in took the list of requested repairs and explained that he would handle the complete job from beginning to end and that is exactly what he did. The repairs included plumbing, electrical, ac/heating, and various other kinds of repairs. He brought in the qualified people that needed to make the various repairs and it was completely hassle free for my brother and me. He had explained that the job would take 3 to 5 days to complete and he provided us with a written proposal. Once we signed the proposal he started the job the very next day and he was completely finished with it including clean up within 4 days. He kept us abreast of what was going on each day since the home was vacant and we were not there to see the progress.
