THE VENDOR BROKE MY GLASS WHILE INSTALLING DOOR AFTER HE LEFT I PHONE NO RESOLUTION FOR MY WINDOW GLASS AND THE DOOR WAS VERY HARD TO CLOSE..... IT WAS UNBEARABLE I CALLED HIM BACK NO RESPONSE IN ADDITION SCREWS WERE NOT INSTALLED NOW THE DARN DOOR WANT CLOSE FROM OUTSIDE IT WILL CLOSE FROM INSIDE BUT I HAVE LIFT IT UP AND ITS SO HARD

Came out on Friday did measurements gave me a quote and they started on Saturday. They did an excellent job on my fence. Cleaned up as they went. I was very pleased from start to finished. I would recommend them to others.

Good experience

adequately replaced the seal on one door and the glass on another. The front door, on the other hand, took longer, was not painted properly, and left paint splatter on the floor. Things could have easily gone differently with slightly more preparation.

Would hire them again!

Was absolutely an answer to prayer because unable to close front door. Punctual and did excellent job. Door has never worked better after repairs. Stagg was an excellent repair person and quite obviously knew exactly what to do to repair to get my front door working agsin.

Expensive. Get a quote first.

He did a really good job. He needed to arrive later in the day but he did then stay late to make sure the job got done. Basically, everything was done perfectly.

Overall pleased with the company. He promptly came and fixed our fence which had blown down in a wind storm. My only complaint is that I didn't notice until after they had left, I found a busted sprinkler head in my yard. Not sure where it was originally and will have to diagnose it and fix it. It would have helped if they had just told me about it when it happened.

The improper size doors were installed and even after promising to make it right, Stagg eventually just up and walked off the job and refused to even respond to me. Total lack of professionalism. I can't believe I trusted him when he said he took pride in his work and would make it right. Money down the drain. I should have known not to hire him from day one when he showed up 4 hours late for the estimate and when I called he blamed it on one of his employees but then later claimed he had no employees, so lesson learned.
