They were fast, professional and courteous. I feel like they went the extra mile to do a good, clean job as well.

Communication and clarification of the terms of the coupon posted here was fairly prompt and friendly, leading us to make an appointment. The team showed up more or less on time, but then would not honor the coupon or discussed terms. They quoted triple the price (over $1000). If this was misunderstanding, it was not well or clearly communicated at all. Aside from the eroded trust, wasted an afternoon on the appointment, so cannot endorse this service. Another service provider will honor the original price and we will go with them.

Well, this was a disaster. First, the came and cleaned and left. To this point, everything looked fine. Then, the ducts started to spout lots of black dust and dirt. This continued for more than a day to a point that my white dog was covered in layer of black dust the next morning. I let them know about the problem, and they were very responsive and came back to clean it again. Here is where the real mess started. The whole process of "cleaning" the ducts was the dirtiest processes that ever happened in my house, and that includes installing windows and insulation. In the process of cleaning the ducts, they blew a huge amount of black dust and dirt all over the rooms. While they vacuumed the floors , the furniture, shelves, windows and even plants (any surface in the rooms) were covered with a solid black dust layer of the crap that used to be nicely contained in the ducts before.I watched them clean one duct while the duct in the other room just spouted clouds of black dust as a consequence off the cleaning. I could literally see the dust settling on my cellphone screen. I spend several hours cleaning the house after the crew had "cleaned" the ducts. One would think that they considered the option of closing off the other ducts to avoid this issue, cover the furniture in the room, or even better, install some sort of plastic curtain around the duct that would contain all the dirt instead of blowing it through the room. I won't talk about the lack of shoe covers, because at this point, it didn't matter anymore. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. We've had our ducts cleaned once before, and it was nothing like this mess (and cheaper). I hope that in the future they will figure out a way to avoid this, but I for once, will find a different company next time.

It went well. They called before they arrived and they arrived within the established time window. They pulled my dryer out, unhooked the vent hose and used a long vacuum connected to their van to clean out the duct. They also used a wire brush attached to a long orange cord that connected to a portable drill. When they activated the drill, the cord vibrated as did the brush. Between that and the vacuum, my dryer duct was cleaned from end to end. And now my dryer works perfectly again!

The staff of 3 who came to clean our vents were very personable and professional. Unfortunately, our ducts had mold inside but they cleaned them thoroughly and installed a UV light to prevent regrowth. I’d recommend their services to anyone, and will use them again in the future.

We bought a service through Angie's List, $139 or so. The guys arrive and take a look at the furnace in the attic, and tell us we need more than $600 to do the job. Hard sell, they tell us our furnace will be ruined if we don't, they can't understand that we are not interested in $600 job. Our furnace was installed July 2016 and had been checked July 2017.

This is the second time I've had this company perform this service. They were right on time, very thorough, and very professional. I plan to use them again.

Industrial machine did not work, so they had to use a hamdf held suction which is presume us not as efficient. The price was the same.

Was quoted price of $99 but said could go up if more comprehensive effort was required. We asked how often the higher price ended up being the ultimate price paid. Representative answered that that happened less than 10% of the time. Sure enough, upon inspection and before any work done, price jumped to $325. Then repairman said that they wouldn't warranty or guarantee the work for any period of time. Overall bad attitude. Came at end of day and didn't seem to want to work. Couldn't wait to get him out of our home.
