I never write reviews but I?ve never had as awful an experience with a company (of any kind) as I did with these people. I want to start with the end and let you know that the manager told me he would not give me my promised refund if I wrote a negative review. I won?t be blackmailed, the truth is worth more than fifty dollars. I wanted my AC ducts cleaned and called multiple companies to come give a quote. Sunny and his assistant came and looked at my system. Sunny explained that I needed all of my air ducts replaced and that his company could do it for a fee that was, of course, much higher than just cleaning. No one else had told me I needed to replace my ducts. Even though they had a lower price for duct cleaning, I didn?t like how much they bad mouthed any/all other duct cleaning companies and felt like they were upselling me on the duct replacement. Extreme air duct cleaning was the last company in my attic. When the company I did choose showed up for service the technician immediately called me into the attic and showed me an enormous, ragged tear in the insulation around a piece of duct work. I recently bought this house and have had multiple different service companies in my attic, this damage was NOT pre-existing. I did the logical thing and called Extreme air duct cleaning since they were the last folks up there. Sunny called me back and the conversation quickly turned into him shouting at me about how honest he and his coworkers are and that some other company must have done this to frame them (which makes absolutely no sense). When he wouldn?t calm down I told him I would speak to his manager going forward as I didn?t think I deserved to be yelled at. When I spoke to the manager, Josh, he said he would refund the $50 I paid for the service quote after the altercation with Sunny. Josh also said he would send someone else out the following week to assess the damage. He called the next day and said they wouldn?t fix the duct and he would only send the refund once he had an email from me confirming I wouldn?t write any negative reviews. PLEASE take heed of negative reviews! Please don?t even call these guys. They are liars and I?m so furious that I ever let them in my home. This really is the worst customer service experience I?ve ever had with any company of any kind.

They came about 5 minutes before the scheduled time. We went over all the order I've made over from the phone. I've decided to add a carpet protector to the service. Over all they were very professional, efficient and quick. They finished everything in about four hours. I will definitely keep using them on a regular basis.

EXCELLENT company, all the way around. First, scheduling my first appointment was not only easy, it was very informative. Usually we are given a huge time range (noon-6pm) etc.. Extreme gave me a 2 hour window and then LISTENED to my special needs (I have a very frail mother with Alzheimer's) and accommodated me beautifully. David and his partner called ahead to confirm and were very prompt. He toured my home first looking for any and quot;spots',etc., then review every step of the process including any additional fees (some pet spots) before beginning. He was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Everything looks and smells fantastic! They were the best I've ever had in my home (31 years here!) and will never call anyone other than them again! Not sure if you can request anyone, but David was awesome!

The technician arrived promptly and inspected all the air ducts in my home. I had planned on having basic air duct cleaning service but after inspection, the tech advised that I had an accumulation of mold in the air vents and recommended all the ducts be cleaned and treated for the mold and then do the air duct cleaning after applying the appropriate chemicals to eradicate the mold. I had budgeted for basic air duct cleaning, not the remedial work and cost to have all the ducts treated for mold build up (approx. quote: $800.00). I did however have the technician clean the dryer vent. I used the dryer the next day and noticed quite a lot of lint in the inaccessible lint trap and was concerned about how there could be so much of it at the bottom of the trap after such a thorough cleaning. The technician came out the same day I called and cleaned out the trap and explained that the lint was just excess that had been at the bottom of the dryer and it had nothing to do with improper cleaning of the dryer vent. This put my mind at ease that I did not still have a potential fire hazard. During the course of his inspection, the technician made some recommendations with regard to my central air cleaner and a/c filter and also pointed out that my dryer needed to be positioned further away from the dryer hose so that it could operate more efficiently and not cramp the dryer hose. The technician was very professional and helpful. Also was not pushy about any of the air duct work that he recommended. I am currently considering the recommendations of the technician and obtaining another quote or two before making a decision on the full air duct/mold treatment. For me, it's a substantial home maintenance expense which I need to fully evaluate.

I got Extreme's phone # from a good friend of mine that he is a realtor, he told me that he refers all of his customers to them and that they do a great job. So i called and the lady over the phone was very prompt and helpful, she scheduled he appointment for next day and the service was provided exactly at the time it was promised- No delays or excuses, the service guy was excellent, very professional and knowledgeable. Overall it was a very good experience. Will use them again.
