They did a great job. Explaining what they were doing and why. Went the extra mile to do everything it needed.

It went really well. We're remodeling the house so we're cleaning as much as we can. We had duct work and had it sanitized because there was some notable mold. I paid additional $80 to the big deal price to cater for sanitizing.

I had an appointment for between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. The two guys (Sam and his helper) arrived right before 9:00...perfect! They were VERY nice and knew exactly what to do. Very professional.. We have two cats and although the carpet wasn't filthy, it just needed a good steam and freshening up, which was provided. Everything smells great now! It took less than an hour and because of their new and efficient equipment, it is wonderful! Thanks, guys. I saved your card and will be calling you again for carpet cleaning next year and other services soon.

Technician Sam G was very knowledgeable and explained what work needed to be performed and why.

Be prepared to be robbed and taken advantage of. They wanted $180 additional to complete the service in addition to what we paid already. They would consider Formal living and dining as same room because door was not small enough between two rooms. Very rude. They came for service and when I refused to pay additional money, they refused service.

My issue is that I can not really verify the job since it is up in the attic.

We got hit in the last flood, water came in to our living room and got a few area rugs wet as well. Josh with Extreme team was very professional, he check every corner in the house to make sure only our living room got wet. His crew then removed the carpet and pad, the removed the baseboards and cut the drywall to allow air flow for drying. The sanitize the sub floors and the studs behind the drywall. They left fans and dehumidifiers to dry everything and came back on Sunday to pick them up.

We live in the Maryland area, we had some water coming in in the last flood.. I contacted Extreme and they showed up quickly. They assessed the situation and immediately got to work. From the crew to the office very nice and professional people to work with.

We got hit again with the last flood, it was almost impossible to get restoration company to come out to our area since they were all busy. The crew from extreme arrived the day after and I must say I felt relief when the technician started explaining what they need to do and how long the process will be. I have some experience with last year's flood. The over all service was about 3 days and they took care of everything from A to Z, even recommend a contract for the drywall repair. I hope I don't get flood again but if I will, Extreme will be my first call.

The experience did not go so well. They were trying to sell me more services. They did what they promised. There was no additional charge. The pricing was okay. They didn't seem more interested in doing the job, they seemed more interested in selling products. They were here on time. They should have been more careful, and paid more attention to the job, and they could have been more thorough.

Very nice men thoughtful and made good use of their time.

Extreme was very accommodating. I had made an error with my address and they were still able to provide my service on the day we had scheduled despite a long detour. Everything they did was explained thoroughly and they showed me exactly where I had a bacteria problem, how they would treat it, and what it looked like when they were done. The men were very professional, very thorough, and did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves while doing a job that can't help being a little dusty. I thought the price was very fair. I also appreciated that the team called to let me know when they were 30 minutes away, arrived in a well marked truck and were wearing shirts with the company logo so I knew who was on my doorstep. I definitely recommend these guys.

This is the 2nd time I'm using extreme. This time they cleaned my dryer duct. Call yesterday and they showed up today on time. The service was quick and the technician was really nice.

. TAll went well. I asked them to get back to me with an estimate on installing a vent fixture and so far I've heard nothing.The guy did not tell me that they DON't do such installation work, but he did recommend finding a handyman.

Sam, Mark and Anastasio came on time, they inspected the ducts before starting the job. They recommend to clean the ducts, returns and also install an ultra violet system. They showed my pictures of the ducts before the service and after the service and it's amazing what was in there. It took them about 2 hours to complete the work.

My first scheduled appointment, my window was from 9-11am, with a call 30 minutes beforehand. They called me at 10:58am telling me that they were 1 1/2 hours away. I told them to forget it and I would reschedule (I had already wasted my morning sitting around the house). Rescheduled and told them over the phone that I wanted to be their first appointment of the day. Well, they scheduled my window from 9-11am again. I received a call @10:45am that they were 5 minutes away (which turned into about 25 minutes). Two men showed up, walked through my home with dirty shoes and dragged tons of hoses through. I asked about the chemicals that they were putting on the carpets and if they were safe for my pet, he told me it was like the shampoo I wash her with??? They moved nothing, did not clean my rug in the living room and I cannot smell a thing (obviously no chemicals were used because they just used water!) My carpets are soaked and will take days to dry! My house does not have a fresh smell like I have received with other carpet cleaning companies! It was just water! I am so disappointed! By the way, it took them 45 minutes to clean a 2800 square foot home!

He was very polite. He explained beforehand what he would do. There were two workers. He replaced the dryer vent hose. He was thorough and quick. He does a really good job. He was efficient and communicated well.

They clean the hvac vents, blower and condenser the way I would expect, not from the vent side like some companies do. They did try to upsell me a UV light, which I declined. They did not press the issue and were professional. I would use them again.

It was very good service overall. The servicemen called me 30 minutes in advance which is always good for both parties. They arrived on time and proceeded to explain in detail the scope of the work to be performed. The system was inspected and properly cleaned. The dryer flexible duct was replaced at no extra cost. They were honest and said that the system was relatively clean already. They did not press me to contract any extra work. I highly recommend this company and will use them again
