The bottom two stairs took a long time to dry and eventually got mildewy. When I contacted the company, they sent Sunny back the next morning. He disinfected the affected carpets at no cost. They were very focused on customer satisfaction and provided great service.

+ -1 moreWe purchased the Extreme Air carpet cleaning deal from Angie's list, we made an appointment and they sent a very rude and unprofessional technician to do the work. He showed up an hour earlier than the agreed time which made us to hurry back home, he said he wouldn't do the job because cleaning the steps was not included in the deal we bought which we didn't know about when we bought the deal. I got on the phone (I wasn't at home at that time) with him to negotiate an alternative, before I could offer any alternative suggestion he just hung up the phone on me and walked away, I went back to Angie's list, bought another carpet cleaning deal from ATL Carpets Cleaning and requested a refund of the Extreme Air deal, the refund was processed promptly.

+ -1 moreThe Extreme Services team, a gentleman named Sunny and another technician, arrived promptly and provided a professional evaluation of the service needed to eliminate the dryer vent blockage I was experiencing. After inspecting, Sunny clearly explained what work was needed and how the service would be performed. He and the technician then did an excellent job removing the blockage and ensuring the vent line was completely clean. Their service was very thorough and professional. I was very pleased with the service and my dryer is now working better than ever. Definitely would use their services again.

+ 1 moreThe two employees showed up on time and were professional. Before even getting started the serviceman explained to me what they would be doing, first inspecting then cleaning. One of the AC units air ducts did have some really funky stuff. They had me go up in the attic to show me how the ducts looked and what needed to be done. I did opt to have a thorough cleaning with an extra charge on the one unit; I do not regret it. It is amazing how much better the air flows through the vents now that it is thoroughly cleaned. They did a great job on the carpets also.
Description of Work: After having some light construction done in my home I thought it would be a good idea to have the air ducts cleaned which I have never had done before. I contacted Extreme Air Duct Cleaning to find out what services were included and associated costs. When speaking to the owner I found out they provided carpet cleaning services which I also needed.

Description of Work: I used Extreme Air Duct Cleaning and Restoration Services for air duct cleaning services. The deal was 199 and it was unlimited, part of it was to clean the vents and it had unlimited but when the guy came out here he ended up telling me I had too many vents and so just under pressure I ended up spending another $500 on top of that, so I feel like I got ripped off by the guy and didn't realize it till afterwards so I probably need to put that out there to warn other people because I don't want someone else to experience what I did. They painted my vents. It was fine at first then he went outside and cleaned them, washed them down but it doesn't match at all. When they went and paint it they put them back on and actually the painted the inside but that was fine at the time but then he was like once it dries it'll match but it doesn't match. It looks really bad really tacky cause you can see like the regular paint and everything and then you see that like spray paint. It looks like somebody just went around and spray painted all my vents and of course it overlaps into the ceiling, overall it was kind of a poor quality job.

+ -1 moreExcellent! Ben and another employee were on time, assessed the situation and got to work right away. Our home was built in 97, and we purchased this year (2016). The vent probably hadn't ever been cleaned. Ben showed me how much lint, etc. was coming out of our vent-to-the-roof setup. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves, securing everything in place when done.
Description of Work: Our less-than-a-year old dryer was giving us the error message that our dryer vent needed to be cleaned, and we were having to run the dryer multiple times to fully dry our clothes as a result.

+ 3 moreWe had a water dripping from our ceiling last night. We called Extreme at 2 AM and their representative took our information and dispatched a crew early in the morning. When the crew arrived the started extracting the water from our floors and setup air movers and dehumidifier stop dry the drywall. The crew three courteous and understood our situation. They were very friendly and professional. for the following three days they came and check on the equipment to make sure everything is drying properly. On the last day when they came to pick up the equipment we decided to have all the ducts in the house cleaned as well as the dryer duct. We have tried experience with this company we strongly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future for maintenance cleaning.
