Techs were friendly, professional, and punctual. Price was good. Very happy!

They were scheduled to arrive between 8:00 am and 10:00 am. They had still not arrived by 10:30 am, nor had they called, so I called them for an update. They called back about 11:00 am saying they would arrive in about 20 minutes. They arrived about 11:30 am, and finished the job by about 12:15 pm. Though I have not used the dryer yet, as far as I can tell they did a good job; however, they did not do a very good job of cleaning up the work area after completing the vent clean up … dryer lint and pieces of tape backing were left on the floor of the work area.

I purchased an Angie's list coupon for them to clean all of my ducts, and returns for an awesome price. The guys showed up on time for their appointment and were friendly, but as soon as they peeked in the attic to see the ducts and realized how big of a job it was for the price, they came up with the excuse that I had fiberglass ducts and those cannot be cleaned. They then tried to up-sell me on "duct sanitation" but left after I declined. I then talked to a couple of other providers who said that cleaning fiberglass ducts are no problem for people that are properly trained, and that the sanitation is a scam. Overall they were friendly, but I wouldn't trust them.

I paid $200 by phone through Angie's List for a UNLIMITED vent cleaning. When they came out the guy said I had too many vents for that price. What happened to UNLIMITED?? He also said I had some "bacteria" that would be removed in the process. They cleaned the vents and my return air vent unit and then sprayed some chemicals/sanitizer inside the unit. My family had to breath those chemicals for several days. He charged me an additional $500! The guy also tried to sell me on a UV light bulb for $350 that you can purchase for around $50 and would take about 10 minutes to install. I declined the add on cause I felt it was a rip off. He also spray painted my vents and the job stands out like a sore thumb cause the spray paint he used was flat paint and my ceiling is semi gloss. So its very obvious. I wasn't going to leave a review but it still bothers me to this day, so please reconsider if you are looking to do business with this company. Simple put, $199 job turned into a $700+ job and would have been over $1000 had a opted for the UV light bulb.. All this to just have my vents cleaned. Its a little embarrassing to say the least, but I felt this needed to be known.

These guys are great! From the people I talked to on the phone to schedule and ask questions, to the guys that showed up and cleaned my carpets. Really great experience. They showed up when they were supposed to. They worked promptly yet effectively. They were very professional and did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. Definitely worth the money!

Sam and his team member were great and professional. Sam took the time to explain and SHOW me where my Airducts needed extra work.

It goes well, I have a really short vent, like 2 feets long only. I may clean it by myself next time. I wish they could charge less since the job was too easy.

I called Extreme yesterday and they came out today. They gave me a 3-hour window and were here towards the beginning of that window. Jose was very professional and he did an excellent job. He had to go into our attic due to the odd configuration of out duct. He cleaned up after himself and left everything neat and tidy. We will definitely use them again!

The extreme representative (Sunny) was professional thorough, and helpful. Sunny provided an outstanding service and the estimate was well within our budget. The work was completed in one day by Evan. Upon completion of the new install, Evan provided us with helpful information about the system. They cleaned up completely before departing the premises. I would definitely recommend this team of Sunny and Evan.

Sam and his assistant were great. Sam explained everything about the process and always answered whatever questions we had. He went above and beyond our expectations. They worked for about 3 hours. It's been two weeks now since the job was done, and I haven't seen the layer of dust on our furniture yet!!! I can't tell you how excited I am. Another friend is so excited about our results and will be using them also since she also has a dust problem.

It worked out good. I don’t think they were here even an hour to do the work. It was quick. The workers were fine. They left the area very clean.

Honestly if I could, I would give this company (especially Sunny and Jose) a 7+ stars. They were simply that good. Sunny kept me thoroughly informed; from their estimated arrival time to what each step of the process would be. He documented everything he found so he could show and explain it to me. But if he thought there was any lack of understanding on my part he took me to the work area and showed me exactly what they had found and what it meant. Never once did They attempt to "bait and switch". They told me what they found, what possible solutions were, and impact. Sunny and Jose worked HARD! More hours than planned for but they remained pleasant and good humored. At the end Sunny took "AFTER" photos and showed me the comparisons. I knew they would be shocking because you can't have 2 men working that hard for that long without making a real difference. But Sunny took me and showed me the work they had done. They were proud of the job they had accomplished. And they deserved to be. I know the real deal. Take it from me, this is the real deal! Next year when it's time to have my ducts and vent serviced, Extreme Air Duct Service will be who I call and I hope Sunny and Jose are once again dispatched to my house.

I did the 3 room special, 1 room which didn't present w/ an odor prior too, now presents w/ a lingering odor, I did call them and inform them the room smelled worse then before as it had no odor. The came out put "lemon" scent on it, it smelled good for 2 days and went back to the awful odor. I also had them clean a recliner, that no change in that, saw the "streak" marks, but hair odor in one spot is still there.

Wow, I am so impressed with this company. Their customer service is outstanding. They did an exceptional job cleaning the ducts. I can already feel the difference when I breath. Not only that, but my cat had just peed on my brand new mattress before they came and they steam cleaned my mattress for free. They are kind and professional. I could not recommend them more!

When the technician got there he found out I needed deeper cleaning. They gave me a fair price and I accepted. The work was done well.

This was a different crew from previously. From their early arrival they were the worst workers I have experienced in any field. It appeared to be "bait and switch". I asked them to come and clean ducts again, work was under warranty. Was told that wasn't the problem, told I had to "Restore the ducts" (for $1400) "Fiberglass only lasts so long." "I'm an expert in this field, that's what you need." When I said I couldn't afford it, they packed up and left, without doing the warranty work. They did put in a new filter for me as they closed up the grill, but left the dirty one out on my front door step as they left. I called the management and said I would make this negative report. It was shocking.

Never used them. Forgot about groupon, so I lost my money.

It went good. There were two people that completed the work, they were fine. It took an hour.

did the cleaning as expected for only one floor though, gave some useful advise, overall satisfied.

My mother-in-law wanted to make sure that her one-year-old dryer was venting properly. Extreme Air Duct send us a technician, Sanny, the very next day and he was very efficient and professional. He was very knowledgeable and had some great recommendations. I highly recommend them, and ask for Sanny!

The crew called before arriving. When they checked the ducts they said they were fiberglass and they could not be cleaned. It would be dangerous. They said I should get new metal ducts which would be too expensive for me. I then paid them for the inspection. Needless to say I was very disappointed. I was never told they would not work on fiberglass air ducts.
