Jose Jr is probably the most honest tradesman I have had do work for me. He was very professional, knowledgeable and informative. I would hire him again and again.

They showed up on time, per my friend. HOWEVER, they immediately tried to "upsell" her for an extra $100 to do an extra blowout. I was furious! She did not agree to the extra charge. At $199, that is more than the most expensive non-coupon price in town! I will make sure everyone I know is aware of this scam.

He polite and arrived during the 8-11 AM time frame that was given. It went fine, but then he said I needed to pay him for the tax on the service. I told him I have never had to pay a separate tax with any other Angie's list deals, but he was confident that it had to be done. I wrote a check to Extreme for $8.16. I plan to call them and communicate with the owner about this as well.

Showed up one hour late. Left lint scattered on roof for wind to blow off. I hope vent on roof does not leak due to his roof handleing of it.

They were fantastic. Went above and beyond to fix my air vent on my roof which they just happened to noticed was incorrectly installed. They took pictures of the AC unit to show me before and after the cleaning and explained the full process to me.

Complete waste of money for the "$99 air duct system cleaning." Extremely basic service that took them about 15 minutes total work (a quick vacuuming of the intake source; they did not clean any vents as was specified by the promotion). They were professional and showed up on time, but prescribed about $1,500 of additional work to actually clean the system. I don't doubt their prescribed assessment (because of the replacement of our wood floors, our ducts are dirty); however, I recommend completely avoiding any $99 special and just call to get a straight quote for services needed.

I bought the deal for 3 room steam clean the week before Hurricane Harvey hit. We scheduled the appointment for the Monday (8/28) following the storm. (not knowing the aftermath) Obviously, the appointment needed to be rescheduled since most of Houston was shut down. However, I did not hear a word from this company for 2 weeks. Most went back to work the week after the storm 9/4. On Monday (9/11) I get a call stating they would be here in 30 mins...umm...I am pretty annoyed now. I call the company. The person who answers sounds like they were just waking up. They tell me I called in and rescheduled the appointment for today. Lie. I never called in as I was testing to see how long they were going to wait and if they were actually ever going to call. I asked my wife to make sure she didn't call in either. She had no idea what I was talking about...figured. The conversation with the person on the phone was frustrating as he would continuously cut me off as I was talking. The end result was I let them come do the cleaning on their made up appointment, cause I wanted it done like yesterday. The steam cleaning went ok. Though I do not think they used any sort of deodorizing as the carpets smell the same. They weren't really dirty, to begin with, but there is no scent. They did leave a bunch of water on the wood stairs which was annoying. Honestly, I usually rent a machine and shampoo my carpets every year. However, this time I wanted to get a good steam clean as I figured it would clean better. The end result is about the same but with out the fresh clean carpet smell unfortunately.

They came and said it would cost an additional $199 to clean up to the exit. They did nothing but basic clean, I would not have hired a professional for this...

They arrived on time and completed both jobs quickly but were thorough.

They were great. It was more expensive than I thought it was going to be. I wasn't expecting it to be as costly, but they did a good job. I can't complain about the work that they did. The cost is about the biggest thing I would probably cry about. It was good. They did a good job for what all they did, and they gave us a coupon which we plan on using. They had to change their time. They were supposed to come earlier, and they got tied up with somebody else's house. I mean it really wasn't there fault, but I kind of wanted it to have been done already. They were supposed to come that morning, and they ended up not coming until the afternoon. They did get here at the time that they told us they would get here, once they called and told us they had to change the time.

Not very well. You can see the comments above Will not hire them again and will not recommend them.

Nice work, professional, on time and efficient. I had to pay extra for spot treatment but it was necessary in high traffic areas and for spots left from guy before me. It looked good when he finished so I hope it stays looking good.

Absolutely flawless! Solomon and his 2 team members arrived right on time and went straight to work. They went into the attic and removed the dryer vent pipe from the roof and cleared everything from there down. My dryer doesn't have one speck of lint now! Then they went to work on the carpets. It took maybe an hour for everything to be done. They were conscientious about not letting my cat get out and they were friendly, professional, polite and efficient. I used a coupon for the dryer vent cleaning ($99).

The tech was courteous, knowledgeable, and even helped adjust my grate to allow better venting. He also changed out my dryer hose at no extra cost.

The technicians were polite, punctual and professional. He explained to me how some times deep brush cleaning is needed (at an additional charge) if the dryer vent is super clogged up and that he would check to see if that would be the case for me. He then cleaned up the vent from the laundry room and told me that I had no issues and the vent was perfectly fine. There were two technicians, both were very professional and courteous.

Have a gas dryer that is vented up the wall and out through the roof; in spite of regularly changing the dryer's filter and keeping what I can vacuumed out, had them come out to the check the pipe. Glad I did-they found quite a stash of lint! Punctual, no mess outside, seemed to get it taken care of. Would recommend and will call again.

It went very well. They were exceedingly polite and efficient and helpful. And my dryer works great again! Recommend this company highly.

They were prompt, professional and cleaned up nicely when they were finish. My only hesitation is that I didn't notice much of a difference in the level of dust in my home. there could be another issue at hand so before I hire them again I would get my duct work evaluated to see if there are holes or other issues.

It was great! We went with a couple of add-ons to the Angie's List deal we had (added on deep-cleaning and stairs), and were very satisfied with the job performed. The carpets look fresher, and they got out a couple of cat-barf stains that we'd had trouble with. The technicians were professional and friendly. (If you use this service, I hope you get Sunny as one of the techs; he's super friendly and interesting to talk to!) Overall we're very pleased with the work!

Technician decided he was going to show up at his own convenience,and not the specified time we were told ( a two hour window right in the morning). Dispatcher said he was on his way technician tried to move to late afternoon. I'm so tired of being at the mercy of crappy servicemen, I told them I was cancelling and not ever using them again.

They did the work fine. I was contacted via email within 24 hours of payment to schedule work.

I bought a "deal" through Angie's List that stated they would clean and deodorize 4 rooms for $129.00. When I was called to schedule the service, I was given no directions on preparation of my carpet prior to the workers arriving. When they arrived, one of the cleaners asked if I had vacuumed the carpets... I said no because every other company I have hired to clean my carpets always vacuumed them first. The cleaner stated, "We prefer our customers to vacuum their carpets prior to us cleaning them. He then marked his paperwork that I hadn't vacuumed. I felt almost as if I was being "shamed". I explained that I wasn't told to vacuum nor was it on the "deal" I purchased. I then frantically got my vacuum out and attempted to clean the carpets before they started their "cleaning". I was fairly irritated by this so I will not be using this company again. I also purchase their deep clean which was an additional $30.00. I really wanted my carpets to look nice. Overall they look better than before.
