THEY HAD EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM START TO END.

He did a real good job and took his time to do it right. I was very pleased.

The work required two trips and several hours outside in the heat. Wade came when he said he would and did a great job. The work was done extremely well. This is the second time Wade has done work for us and we will definitely continue to use him. He is not always easy to get ahold of but we have found him to be responsive, professional and reliable.

Overall performance was excellent. He spent a lot of time making sure of the correct connections for the circuits we were interested in activating in case of an emergency. He was accommodating, friendly and provided exceptional proficiency.

When I called mid-morning Wade said he couldn't get here until shortly after noon the same day! He arrived at 12:45 and went right to work. He was thorough in his explanation of the problem and his suggested solution. He did the work quickly. Although this was not an emergency, he immediately addressed it. I wish all service calls were so good.

Called and set up an appointment for him to come out on Friday after 12:00 p.m. At 3:00 I called and left a message. At 4:30 I left another message. He has never returned my call or come out. My husband wasted the whole afternoon waiting. Time is very valuable these days. At least call and say you can't make it and reschedule. I have contacted another electrician.

I questioned him about different things, and he explained things to me. He did a good job. I felt the price was reasonable.

No Show. Called Monday to have him show up Wednesday. No show on Wednesday, so called again on Friday and he didn't remember me or the conversation.

Good work, had to do it twice. Not very friendly, but I would use him again. He is not much in the people skills department.

Wade was on time, clean, polite, and understood what I was trying to say about the problems. He was fast, but was unhurried in answering my questions. I thought the charge was reasonable. Overall, highly satisfactory.

Mr. Jackson was a "no show" for our appointment. He did not phone to notify me of cancellation or to reschedule. I called him again and left a message with his answering service. He did not return my call. Time is a precious commodity and none of us have it to waste.

Overall experience was excellent. Wish I could do my job as well as Wade does his. He really knows his stuff. Highly recommend him.

The 1st appointment was cancelled on the day of the appointment. The 2nd appointment was also not met, the first reason being that the electrician was running behind and then a contradictory 2nd reason later given being that the customer was confused about the time (which was not true). As a consequence, the job was cancelled. It was frustrating not to have a business supposedly well-rated by Angie's List not live up to its rating, especially we had a limited time frame to get the work done.

Wade was easy to get in touch with, scheduled the work quickly, kept the appointment, and performed the work efficiently and neatly. He made certain while doing the work that he was meeting our needs and expectations. His charges were exactly what he estimated. We will definitely use Wade again for other electrical needs.

WADE IS VERY THOROUGH AND MADE SURE I UNDERSTOOD WHAT DIFFICULTIES HE MIGHT RUN INTO IN INSTALLING THE SCONCES. A SECOND TRIP WAS MADE DUE TO THE FAN WOBBLING, BUT WADE EXPLAINED THAT IT WAS NOT THE INSTALLATION, BUT THE BLADES BEING WARPED - WHICH HE SHOWED ME. HE REPLACED THE BLADES AND WORKED AT GETTING THEM BALANCED FOR NO CHARGE, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS NOT A PROBLEM CAUSED BY HIS WORK. I'LL DEFINITELY CALL HIM AGAIN WHEN I NEED ELECTRICAL WORK.

I HAD A HARD TIME EXPLAINING THE PROBLEM TO HIM. ONCE HE UNDERSTOOD, HE DID A GREAT JOB.

DID WORK WHILE WE WERE AWAY FROM HOME AND WE PAID ON-LINE USING PAYPAL

HE CAME RIGHT AWAY. WAS VERY NICE AND EFFICIENT, AND AFTER HE PUT IN THE NEW BREAKER, HE PUT THE MICROWAVE BACK IN BETTER THAN BEFORE BY ADDING SCREWS OF HIS OWN.

INSTALLED FANS AT PRICE THAT HE QUOTED AND CLEANED-UP THE ROOMS WELL. HE IS BUSY, BUT LET ME KNOW THAT UP FRONT AND CALLED ME AS HE SAID HE WOULD. ALSO GAVE US A BID ON ANOTHER JOB, BUT WAS HONEST ABOUT THE COST BEING TOO EXPENSIVE FOR THE ADDED WIRING THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE TO ADD A FAN TO A ROOM.

HE WAS POLITE AND ON-TIME. HE DID COMMENT THAT WE WERE ''PRETTY FAR OUT.'' (WE'RE NE FT. BEND)

WADE JACKSON (ELECTRICIAN) WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND POLITE. NO TIME WAS WASTED. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. EXCELLENT JOB OVERALL.

MR. JACKSON DIDN'T KEEP APPOINTMENT AND DID NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS. MY FRIEND HAD SOME WORK DONE AT HIS HOUSE - TO HIS COMPLETE SATISFACTION. SO, I CAN'T GRADE ON THE WORK, JUST ON RESPONSIVENESS.

WADE MADE THE APPOINTMENT FOR A TIME WHEN MY HUSBAND COULD BE HOME, SINCE HE WANTED TO DISCUSS SHOP WIRING. HE HAD TO RESCHEDULE, BUT DID SO WITHOUT LEAVING US HANGING. HE WAS PROMPT, KNOWLEDGEABLE, DID THE REPAIR; THEN DISCUSSED OUR OTHER CONCERNS ABOUT OUR OLDER HOME, AND MADE SOME SUGGESTIONS FOR SOLUTIONS, GAVE US A QUOTE ON THE WIRING FOR THE WORKSHOP.

WADE WAS ON TIME, VERY POLITE, AND REASONABLY PRICED. HE ALSO GAVE US GREAT TIPS.
