 + -1 moreThis contractor took over 3 months to work on the foundation of our house. They were paid on time as contracted, but at the end, they failed to replace the concrete on the patio or the sidewalk and clean up as contracted. They also did not provide a transferable warranty certificate as contracted. We withheld the final payment of $700 because of the above issues.
Description of Work: Installation of 17 piers under foundation.
