+ -1 moreThe system was already in the home when I moved in two years ago, but I had the company come out to hook up the system. When they came out they showed me how they system works and how to program it clearly enough that I could understand it. The employees were very professional and polite when they came out and showed up the same day that I called them. The workers had the system hooked up and programmed in about an hour, which amazed me. Also, they will come out to service it if any problems occur with it.
Description of Work: DSI Security provides monitoring of our alarm system.
