DSC Alarms

DSC Alarms does a very good job with our home alarm system. We have had several false alarms and they have responded in a timely manner. I am very pleased that they explain how everything works. My only concern with the company is that they are a bit expensive, but I feel my peace of mind is worth the expense.

I am very happy with the service and always have a sense of security in my home. The amount of care put into monitoring the alarm system installed by Secure Star is impressive. They have the best price around for our size of home.

I have no problems with the company at all. The service is great! I really don t have anything bad or good to say because I never run into any problems. I never have to call them for a single thing. They just run a test on the system and the test runs while I'm on the phone. It was done with no problems. I pay monthly and I think the price is reasonable at least more reasonable than some of the other companies I have come across.

Monitronics returned my call quickly and stopped by to give me an estimate. The system and installation was free, but we pay a low monthly monitoring fee. The installation was scheduled immediately, and the technician showed up on time. After he installed the system and set up the monitoring device, he showed us thoroughly how the system works and explained how it is connected to the police department. He did a great job and was considerate in taking his time to explain things.

I am very pleased. I had the system installed not too long ago and the people were very nice and courteous. I had free installation with the package I got and I had two systems installed. They were excellent and the price is excellent. I pay them monthly.

Monitronics were wonderful when they came to my home and installed a new security system in our house. The serviceman was great. He had a lot of patients and showed me everything I needed to know about the system. Monitronics are very efficient; he didn't take long to get our new security system installed. I was very pleased with the way the service man took his time to explain everything I needed to know to operate the system efficiently. The company monitors are system for us on a monthly basis and up to this point we have had no problems or false alarms.

I feel they have a good response time. The company is great at doing checks with no hassles for us. I believe they did a great job explaining how the service works. We have had no problems with false alarms and it's been awhile since our last alarm. In fact, I am about ready to call them back for a check on the system.

I have not been very pleased with my service since the installation. The alarm triggers on its own a lot of times & if the company decides to respond at all, it takes them a very long time. I decided to stop the service with them & am currently looking for someone else to take over. I just do not feel comfortable with them.
