We called Dry More and Nick was there within a few hours with blowers and humidifiers. He explained the remediation process thoroughly and the next day workers were there removing all of the damaged sheetrock, carpet, flooring, cabinets vanities etc., hauling the debris away and drying out all of the wet areas. They were very professional and quick to get everything dried and cleaned. They were also very knowledgeable of what was needed for our insurance claim. They handled billing with our insurance company. That was a great relief. We would highly recommend this company.

First of all, it was difficult to find a mold remediation company. The majority of companies were unable to even schedule an estimate. Once I was ready for the work commence, Dry More were able to schedule service quickly. The majority of the work was completed on the first visit. Unfortunately testing highlighted that one area still had a problem and Dry More came back out promptly to deal with it. They were always very punctual on arriving, very easy to get in contact with and if you ever had a problem that needed a technician to visit, they were able to accommodate quickly. I would have no hesitation in recommending them or in using them again should I be unlucky to encounter more mold.

Put the smallest of small loads of clothes into my washer at 9pm and woke up this next morning at 6am to half our home in puddles of water. Made the phone call to Dry More and they were there putting in dehumidifiers and mats by 8am. This is the second time we have used Dry More services and will continue to use them and recommend them to all family and friends when in need. We then turned around and used them for a third time as we utilized their Pack Out and Pack In services. The crew that came to pack out and pack in our furniture and belongings treated it all as if it belonged to them. We could not have done the job by ourselves and with as much care. Thank you Dry More!

Mold remeideation was done on my condo which flooded after Harvey came through town. DryMore employees from office management to workers were respectful. Phone calls were returned and questions answered intelligently. Workers showed up on time and completed work on time. Unfortunately they were not proactive and did not see the opening gap in the connecting wall while doing negative pressure which was sucking air out of neighbors home until my husband discovered it and mentioned to them. They also did not mention or clean the AC ducts until we brought it up. The third oversight was that they did not lift the cabinetry, that was pulled away from wall and sitting on living room floor, be put on bricks during the drying phase. Consequently mold appeared underneath cabinets after job completion and we had to throw cabinets away, call them back to re-scrub the air and wipe floors and walls down. Which they did, to their credit. They charge top dollar, have all the right equipment and work hard. I suggest that the person you hire to test for mold and write protocol be very specific and that you watch or have someone supervise to make sure they are not overlooking anything. It went well overall, they put heavy duty fans and dehumidifiers in place for about a week and then it turned out the ceiling and drywall did not need to be replaced. But it was very expensive, could have saved a lot of money by just renting the same equipment.

I called 4 other people, none of whom could come for a few days so I looked at Angies List and found Dry More. They came out immediately and set out fans in all rooms with wet ceiling, baseboards, and carpets. They came back frequently in the next few days to check dryness and fans. Louis even came when the insurance adjuster came to make sure she saw everything. How nice is that!!!
Description of Work: had two consecutive leaks...one from a.c. in ceiling and one from cracked toilet that leaked into other rooms.

Description of Work: Dry More was awesome. Our home flooded while were on vacation. Louis and his team got immediately on it, meeting our family at our home and getting started right away, minimizing damage. The technician arrived within an hour or so of my call, set up the office with a large dehumidifier and five fans to dry out the ceiling drywall, closet door frame and areas of the wood floor. Visited twice over the next four days to monitor progress. Determined that some wallboard needed to be removed to dry out remaining moisture in the insulation and left two dehumidifiers for another two days to finish the job. Overall service period was about six days start to finish. I hope I don't have to use the service again, but I definitely would!

My washing machine malfunctioned and flooded many rooms in my house. It was 8:30 pm and my husband gave me 2 water extraction company numbers from the internet. Fortunately, the first number I called I got voicemail because the next number was to Dry More. My call was answered immediately and within one hour I had 3 vans in front of my house and 5 employees extracting water from van-mounted vacuums, removing soaked flooring and placing about 16 commercial-grade dryers and dehumudifiers throughout. They checked wall moisture levels daily for 4 days. Even met with my insurance adjuster! Billed insurance directly and will do complete pack out for new flooring. They made this whole unfortunate mess completely organized and explained each step along the way. The crews and Mr. Estrada are so professional and very prompt. You can rely on them to be there when promised and take care of you and your messy situation. Superb company!!

I came home to a broken toilet tank that flooded the masters bathroom on the second floor and leaking down to the guest bedroom on the first floor. Immediately I googled water damage and there were results. The first company on the list I called, there was no answer even though their website said 24hrs service. Next on the list was drymore. I called and they answered the call almost immediately. This was about 8.30pm. The lady who spoke to me was very friendly and professional. She took my information and passed it on to Louis who called me back less than 5 minutes later. He asked me what was wrong and I explained everything to him and 30 minutes later, they were at my house with all their equipment. Louis and others came, looked at the damage and went to work immediately. They checked the walls and ceiling with some ultraviolet light or something and were able to locate the areas affected. Since this was my first experience home damage, Louis made sure I understood everything, he told me my insurance would take care of their bill which I didn't know. He stood by me while I called the insurance company and he explained everything to them. Thank God he was there because I wouldn't have known what to say. They kept their fans and dehumidifier running in the affected rooms for 4-5 days. They took out the damaged parts of the wall and ceilings, carpets and base boards. The office called daily to check on me and let me when someone would be coming at a particular time, and they were always punctual and professional. Jacob, the guy who was in charge of my work, was really great too. All the people who worked in my house, to the lady who called from the office were super great. I'm very impressed with the work they did, and their professionalism. In a way, I'm happy the first company I called didn't answer my call and they didn't even return my call either. So much for 24hrs service! Drymore, excellent service. I'm a happy customer.A+++++

This was the worst experience ever!. It took me a while to write this review because I was so angry. I called them after 1:00am in the morning after finding them on Angie's List. They came out about an hour or so later as they were on another call. Louis came in with his crew. He promised me a $250 gift card for finding them on Angie's list. After asking me if I had insurance the crew started right away. I did not have anything signed yet, nor did I have my insurance policy found. I finally got in touch with the insurance company and completed the paperwork while they were extracting the water. Louis was asking sooo many questions and recommended companies (contractors, plumbers etc). I had to ask my dad to come over to help me understand what was needed because I was very uncomfortable and he seemed pushy. After the water was extracted, fans were brought in to dry the floor. My home was unlivable and I had to move out. Louis said they did a pack out and pack in. He brought in a crew of ladies (Spanish speaking only with one to translate) to help with the pack out and inventory list. The ladies were very nice however, if I had concerns or questions I had to communicate with the translator. A majority of my home was packed out into a storage pod. Pod was picked up and taken to a location. I was told I would be able to get to my items if needed. That was not the case. To start the pod was in a horrible area of town in some warehouse. I went to get some items from the boxes and could not get to my boxes. The warehouse guy tells me the pod was packed poorly because all of my belongings were in the back and furniture was in the front!! Demo: Several contractors told me the demo of my floor was done poorly. As a result I had to have a lot of work done to the floor before the wood was put back on. I thought the guys were very nice. I even bought them breakfast one morning! However, the work was sloppy. They broke several charger plates (that were discontinued), Nintendo Wii was damaged, TV base was damaged when it was moved, nics and scratches on my wood furniture, sheet rock was damaged (someone taped the sheet rock back to the wall), kitchen counter tops were damaged which I had to pay to replace, ceramic tile was damaged around my fireplace and foyer causing me to have to pay to replace. My master bed was broken. The bed was a 4 post Mahogany Bed. Louis (site manager) tried to say the bed was broken before they touched it! That bed has been in one spot and was solid for years. If it was broken NO ONE WORKER brought it to my attention! During the packing process the base of my kitchen table was dropped and broken. Also when items were moved back in they were not put back together (guest bed and dining room table) . The guys response was they sent the wrong person to put together furniture! He left it wrapped up and I had to call someone over to help me put it back together. There were screws missing to the table I eventually had to replace. Everything they damaged was quality furniture (Star and Fingers). I wrote a long letter expressing my concern and anger regarding the work and items damaged. Once the checks came in from the insurance company I refused to pay them until I was compensated. It took over a month for a response. Then someone went on vacation. There was an issue with them giving me the $250 Angie's List GC that was promised to me. They wanted to give me an amount much less than what the cost to fix my items was. I had to finally get an attorney involved. Of course, I received a response after that! We finally settled on an amount that I was still very unhappy with. I spent very good money on the items they damaged. They did not pay for the sheet rock repair, damaged tile I had to replace nor did they pay for the counter tops I had to replace. I did not get close to what I paid for my original bedroom set. When I reviewed the bill, there were extra items added. Luckily, I took pictures and counted everything they put in my home! There were extra fans on the bill. There were large fans charged when it should have been a small fans. My advice: If you use them, make sure you take pictures of EVERY item before they touch it! Don't let them start working until you have completed paperwork if possible. Find your own company to store your items in a pod. Do NOT use any of their recommended contractors. When you get your bill, make sure you review it. Count the fans they say they used.
Description of Work: My water filter cracked in my frig and flooded my home overnight. They came out to extract the water, dry out my home, spray for mold and demo the flooring. They also packed in and packed out the contents of my home.

Went very well. DryMore came right away. Louis did the initial inspection to determine the extent of the damage and brought his crew in to remove all the damaged baseboards and drained the water. We had 6 inches of water in one area. They had all the necessary equipment and knew what to do. Everything was set up within 4 hours when they first came. Price was reasonable. They came back daily to check on the progress.

After three days it turned out not quite everything was fully dry. DryMore let us keep the equipment running for an extra day at no additional charge, and this took care of everything.
Description of Work: We had water damage in and along some walls after discovering a pipe had developed a small leak (which had gone unnoticed for about a week). The affected areas were sprayed for mold and thoroughly dried out with air-movers and dehumidifiers.
