A technician came to the house to see what I needed done and had his supervisor prepare a bid for part of the work. I kept requesting a bid for the entire job (called Lindsey multiple times over a period of a week) and Lindsey who answered the phone (Lindsey) would say she would find out and call me back each time I called and which never happened.

Went fine. Not exceptional but solid.

First off it was difficult to get a hold of anyone from their office after I paid for the services up front through your site. After 3 phone calls and 2 emails I finally got someone and set up the appointment. It was expressed in all the previous correspondence that it was a time sensitive problem and I couldn't get anyone there for over a week. In the meantime, my tenant refused to stay in the condo and I had to subsequently prorate her rent. Their delay cost me an additional $259. Other than that when they came out there services were fine. But they need to return clients phone calls more promptly.

The electrician showed up a little late but was able to get all my electrical work completed in an hour and a half. He rewired one light switch, installed a dimmer on another switch, and installed an outdoor security light. He was very professional, courteous, and neat.

Really happy with their service! It wasn't planned at all, we needed electrical work right away and I saw their name and reviews here so I called them right away to ask if they do emergency service calls. They were accommodating, accepted the angle's list coupon and arrived within 30mins to do the job. Thank you so much!!! We will definitely use and recommend them.

I was very impressed with the service and I will call them again. They fit us into the schedule because we had sparks from an outlet, and I was afraid of a fire being started. They came out same day, even though their schedule was full. The technician was knowledgeable and very professional. He took the time to make sure this was the only problem. He checked from our electrical box in the garage to all the outlets in between for shorts. I am very grateful for their wonderful response, and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Michael performed a full electrical inspection of the house in a very thorough and professional manner. He was very polite and courteous and was able to provide advice on practical as well as cost saving actions. I would definitely hire again especially as we had another company recommended in angle's list that does not compare to this guy in price or professionalism.

I took the day off for the service that I paid for in advance, only to get a phone call at 5:21 PM from the electrician who told me that he could not make it as scheduled. After making it clear that I was not happy with the situation, a reschedule was set for Saturday, April 19 at 1:00 pm. I have since decided that I do not want to deal with a company that would not honor an appointment for a service call, especially since payment had already been rendered.

Two workers arrived at the expected time and were very professional. They worked so efficiently that all the work was completed in the allotted time. I would definitely recommend them and plan to us them in the future.

They tried calling me but I didn’t answer so they stopped by when I was home. They did a good job. They installed an electrical socket for me and did some minor repairs at no additional cost.

They didn’t show up on the first day. He called and said that he had been in an accident and that he was delayed and would be here as soon as possible. He never called back after that. We had to keep calling him to check what was going on. When we did reach him, we rescheduled and he arrived on time. He completed the repair and cleaned up well. It turned out pretty good.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment and there were no problems. The technician arrived on time. The gentleman did stay an additional hour beyond the initial hour through the deal. They were responsive and prompt. Everything was great!

They were terrible. They promised to rewire our electric and then fix the drywall that they took apart but they refused to ever come back again. They're not really good. They need to do what they said they will do and if they're not going to do it, don't say that they will. They just need to be honest. I would never use them again because they lied to the services that they were going to provide. I thought the price was reasonable. The work they did was great but they just didn't do everything what they said they'd do.

We were pleasantly surprised to find out we were fine. He did recommend that we correct a few wires that the previous electician added to our breaker panel, but other than that, we were told we were in good shape. | |We have had other electricians tell us that we needed to upgrade the panel at at cost of $3,000 or more. | |3.) I purchased a big deal for $125 through Angies List, as I had several electrical concerns in my house. I called the office and spoke to Lindsay. She was helpful,informative and professional. She made a great first impression of this business for me. Kelly arrived at my house the next morning, and he was polite, professional, knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and gave me sensible advice. I plan to hire Divins Electrical for future projects and will recommend them to anyone who needs help with electrical issues.

Very Efficient and Professional Company. Corrected the problems, added new electrical outlets and maintained clean work site. I found this company through their great ratings on Angie's list and will use this company for all electrical needs in the future. I have contacted this company on two occasions and they have had Gary (service technician) come out on the following day at the exact time that they estimated that he would arrive.

They were fine. It was rather easy for them to fix. They got it done and I had electricity back so they fixed good. They were nice.

Did it quickly. Even offered to look at other issues, since he finished so quickly.

He was very respectful and professional, and he gave me some options of what I could do even though I didn't end up needing to hire him.

Divin Electrical took care of a long to do list of items - especially bring things up to code, including putting GFI plugs in kitchen and both bathrooms; replaced 3 GFI outdoor plugs; switched wiring, installed light fixtures with globes in closets; dishwasher needed a means of disconnect; installed new switch in living room to correct ceiling fan problem; installed new plug in garage where there was not one; installed spacers between electrical wires and plumbing in attic; and replaced wiring to front lamp post. Great guys!
