Terrific service from start to finish! From the initial phone call, to pick up, and delivery, the entire process was flawless and handled with great care and professionalism. Moving is a huge pain. Delta Moving Systems takes a whole lot of the pain away. Highly recommended!

He was very quick to reply to messages, they showed up on time and completed the move quickly and with no dings, dents, or scratches. The value is excellent as well. Would definitely use them for future moves.

Do not use this company! Worst communicators I have ever worked with in any business field! I needed to have my stuff picked up and delivered in a certain time frame. They said it would be no problem over the phone and given the date of when my stuff would be picked up. No one called me to inform me the date had changed to pick up my stuff. I could almost never get anyone on the phone and when I did nothing they said was true. When delivering my stuff they had a 2-3 week window to get it to my new place, I was told they would bring it one day and then no one would show up. They would give me another day and no one would show up. Turns out my stuff hadn't even left from the original location and it was 3 weeks since they had picked it up. They never called to inform me of anything, I was constantly having to call them and then I was blamed for the problems that occurred. It was all my fault for needing my stuff by a certain date, 3 weeks after they had already picked it up! Don't trust anything they say. Horrible communicators. And a lot of my stuff was damaged in the move. Would not recommend to anyone!

They were kind, professional, and very efficient. They carefully protected and transported my belongings, assisted with furniture disassembly/ reassembly, and left everything in good condition. They completed the whole moving process in less than the expected time as well. I would work with Delta Moving Systems again!

The movers were extremely thorough, professional and quick. They came prepared with furniture covers, broke down and reassembled my table, were responsive, and took proper care of my fragile items. I would definitely use Delta Moving Systems in the future.

Awesome experience. He was responsive and communicative. He was able to work around my schedule (which changed frequently). He came and knocked the work out in a professional and skilled manner. Camille and her team at Delta Moving Systems did a great job. Move took less than a week. Ray came out took inventory list and was very detailed. Luis and his crew packed and loaded and called me 4 days later saying they would be arriving in 48 hours. At first I thought it was pricey but after comparing allied price to delta I moved with Delta and it as a good choice. Price was binding did not change and they did all they said they would in a timely manner. At delivery I only had one item that was nothing major that broke. They replaced my lamp no questions asked! Thank you Delta team.

Moving is stressful as it is.. BUT when I hired Delta Moving Systems I did the best thing I have ever done.. These boys are Strong, Kind, and very pleasant to be around. They moved my boxes exactly where I needed them and let me boss them around a little. GREAT Prices! FIVE star service 100%.

Cost was double estimate. Did not like attitude of employees of the company. They left items behind at their warehouse. Finally got everything with minimal damage.

First long distance move so I was a bit nervous I think I over researched and scared myself when it came to movers Delta gave me ballpark then suggested they come out and do a home visual. Go with visual because I missed 1/4 of my home (haha) movers were great! priced was fair (had no idea moving was so expensive) they packed em and moved me in less then 10 days!

Customer Service Booking was excellent, payment and follow through was and customer service was non existent. Laura was extremely unprofessional condescending and argumentative. Calls and Emails to resolve issue have not been returned

Delta Moving Systems did a fabulous job moving us out of our house in Houston into storage for five months and then moving us to our new home in Florida. They were courteous, helpful and profession all the way throughout the move!!! If you are looking for a moving/storage company, Delta is the one!!

i honestly was freaked out as I did not expect to have to move. I went to Homeadvisor and read reviews. I was concerned at first but they had a fair price compared to other quotes and no one else offered to even come out. My job needed me to move ASAP as we lost a manager and I am being sent to keep things going at our Florida office location. I was so stressed about having to up and move my family so quickly but honestly after my call with Amy at Delta I felt a little better and booked with her. She said usually they like to come out to do in home visual but was sympathetic to my current situation and gave me ballpark figure. My stuff was just weighed and I can admit I forgot to add the garage and attic stuff....boxes bins Christmas stuff that honestly who remembers they have that stuff until the right time of year....my mistake.....I was given a price and my weight was only off by 250 lbs so i'm like wow they are pretty on point and the movers at pick up were FAST. They finished loading in a couple of hours went to weigh it and I have my updated bill and I can say i'm beyond relieved that this is half way done. They told me I should be delivered within a week. I will update once delivered but I am truly impressed at this point since reading a couple of reviews that didnt go well.

This was the worst moving company I have ever worked with. Run away. Do not hire they. They are a scam. Nightmare

I was impressed with the move team on both ends of the operation. Things did not go flawlessly, and I would never expect that they would, but the team went the extra mile for us on both the pickup and the drop off. We underestimated our total move quantity by quite a bit and could not fit everything in the truck that came to pick up. At first, the team hatched a plan to come back the next morning, but as we were closing on our house at 10 AM, that was going to be an almost impossible task. Instead, the team lead contacted a partner truck that was finishing up a load in another city 3 hours away. That other truck had room, and it could swing by our house on its way back to the central warehouse. So the move team waited the extra few hours to finish up the pack out after the second truck arrived. I didn't think it would all fit, but amazingly it did. As for the drop off, we thought that we'd have to wait a week or more to receive our goods. We were astonished when the truck driver called us on the road when we were a day out on our own drive. He was going to be there is 24 hours! And sure enough, he arrived right when he said he would. He ended up a little shorthanded (by two people) at the move in, but the guys performed admirably. They carried furniture up four flights of stairs, in the rain, and backwards. (Well, only one of them had to walk backwards...) There was very minimal damage, and the large items that we were most concerned about came through unscathed. The crew was exhausted by the end of the day, but I was impressed with their diligence throughout. I recommend the Delta Moving team for their communications, promptness, commitment, perseverance, and attitude.

UPDATE 8.28.19 We were contacted by the customer service team to rectify the poor experience we had. Amy, the customer service representative who contacted us, was patient and kind enough to listen our grievances and explained the lapses in communication (it was an especially busy time for the New York office and they don't normally have to use subcontractors and the subcontractor manager did not communicate the scheduled move-out time with the movers). Amy was very apologetic and offered us a refund of $600. In addition, Amy stated that the company is taking corrective action towards the representative who initially severely under-quoted our move. While this does not make up for the entirety of the extra costs or the stressful experience, it does show the company did care about customer service and wanted to rectify an unfortunate situation. ~~~~~ Delta moving systems attracted our business with an aggressively low estimate (initially $2100 for a 1 bedroom apt for a NYC to Cleveland move). Two days prior to move-out day, there was a surprise up charge of $600 to move at 10AM, which was when the elevator in my building was scheduled. On move-in day, subcontractors hired by Delta to do the move arrived stating they had no idea about this 10AM move (no one from the company communicated a specific time) and that they didn't know what the $600 up charge was about. Additionally, the subcontractor found that although the furniture and number of boxes on the inventory were accurate, the estimate was far off. They instead said that the cost was $3600. They said we could refuse their services and they could leave, but we had scheduled the elevators and would not be able to find movers on short notice. So we went with that price. Delta was initially confident about the delivery date, but after pick-up, they were difficult to get in touch with about when our belongings would arrive. The delivery date ended up being 3 days later than the target date, which I understand isn't awful all things considered. Overall, the multiple changing of prices by Delta and lack of communication with us and their subcontractors were disappointing and very stressful. On the other hand, the subcontractors hired (different ones from pick up and move-in) were professional and did a fine job. I would not, however, hire Delta again for another move.

It started out very good with Delta rep . I provided an exact inventory of items with pics. the only surprise element was at the time of pick there is something that is called a BINDING Agreement v/s Non Binding. Make sure you understand the difference as it could change the price at the time of pick up. The office staff was deliginent to get the delivery picked and dropped in time. The follow up with the customer service was great. Small minor damages happened to the furniture but this is normal . I did not make any fuss .. just talk to the sales rep on exact pricing and avoid working out the deal with the pick up crew. Good luck

My initial experience with the staff at Delta was very good. I choose them from a number of other Movers, not only for the professionalism of the staff, but that they were ready to answer my questions. That changed during the pick-up, this was not the same staff I communicated with, and it was evident in the revised cost that I had to pay. Therefore, I provided a low review for value for money. My delivery was late, but the original Delta staff reached out to me at every level to get me a good ETA.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, bait and switch, I gave them an inventory list from another company, the day of the move they charged triple, when they got to Texas the first thing they ask was for a tip, I had to get a US Postal Money order which took over an hour when I got back after paying them they wouldnt put my stuff in the house, left it on the driveway because only 2 hours was allowed for my move in!!!! unbelievable rude, told me if I paid $200 cash they would move it inside, missing parts to my furniture .. I had to hire TAKL to bring my stuff in ..original quote 2800, I paid 8,000!!!!!!!!!!! and brought back less furniture .. this is the only time I used Home Advisor as was disappointed

Camille and Laura were amazing! I was nervous (of course) to move our life across the states, but the crew was dillegent and efficient. They worked hard and were very kind. I am so happy with the way things went, and would use them again! Great company full of integrity!
