 + -1 moreWe did not use them. The price they quoted was in the $360000 range. They were very helpful but we just decided to go with a different builder. Everything was very good. The price was very competitive. They were great. We actually recommended them to some friends of ours to go in and talk to them.
Description of Work: We went to David Weekly Homes to get some information for a new home.

 + -1 moreDavid Weekly Homes needs to send supervisors out on their jobs. We had to constantly be watching to be sure they did things correctly. They messed up the bathroom sink by cutting the area the wrong size. They also were to put tile from the garage in the kitchen, but put carpet there instead. We just let it go because we were so tired of the whole thing. They also put a wall in the wrong place and had to move it. They did come on time for the most part. They are based in Houston, but provide service to our area.
Description of Work: The built us a manufactured 2,200 square foot home. They subcontracted the work which included plumbing, electrical, and flooring as well as the general construction of the home.
