He did a good job. I had purchased a hot water heater from the other place. So they sent out a repair service person. He was a contractor that contracted with the manufacturer of the hot water heater. Basically, he rebuilt the whole hot water heater. It was under warranty so he didn’t charge us anything. He was very thorough and he was very confident. I was very disappointed the hot water heater was very new and it was already screw up. So the options were replacing it or this. He just told me that he would change out enough of it that it would be virtually like getting a new one. This is 2013 and it is still functional. I was pleased and he did a good repair. There was no price, it was under warranty. He knew his stuff. He could probably take that thing apart in his sleep.
