We decided to go with this company because they had good reviews here on Angie's list at the time. The installation of the system was done by a seemingly unrelated contractor, who did not show up in a timely manner and could not answer any of our questions about hooking up our fire alarms to the system--a service we had told the company we wanted. We have had alarm service for a little over two years, and the alarm has gone off multiple times for no apparent reason. Now, we are selling our home to move for our careers, and we are facing a HUGE cancellation fee of over $350 that we were not aware we would have to pay. Apparently this is somewhere in the "fine print" of the lengthy contract document. The supervisor we spoke with to ask about the fee was rude, and extracting ANY information from him about ANY other alternatives to paying this huge fee was extremely difficult. Apparently even to transfer the service to our next home would cost a minimum of $115 with a likely much higher cost we were told, particularly if any equipment needs to be replaced to comply with their system requirements.

I like them because they respond quickly if there is ever a warning. They make sure they call to follow up with you and the customer service dispatchers are very nice and comforting.
