+ -1 moreTHEY ARE SUPPOSED TO MONITOR MY ALARM SYSTEM, BUT THEY DID NOT RESPOND TIMELY WHEN ALARM WENT OFF ON 4 OCCASIONS. I HAD A 2 YEAR CONTRACT, BUT CANCELLED AT THE FIRST OPPORTUNITY. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
