I am so glad I read reviews on Angie's list before purchasing our carpet. Carpet Giant was awesome! I even made a mistake on my order and they corrected it and did not charge me. My sales lady was extremely helpful. She discouraged me from buying a thicker pad for my carpet even though they would have made more money. But she was right, extra padding would not have been good with my low pile carpet that I chose. Great company all around!!!

Thry came to my home with samples based on my description of what I wanted. I selected the carpet and John Nipp measured right then. Was very friendly and went over the quote with me in detail. Installation was delayed due to shipment delay from manufacturer and John kept me up with what was happening. Installation took place on the alternate date. Work was well done anf furnituee put back exactly where it originally was.

It went well from start to finish after two experiences of bad luck with All Floors and Lowes. The salesman, Robert, attended to every detail, fully informing me, and making an accurate estimate. The installer Frank was punctual, polite, and efficient, and offering to help me put on the bedskirt before the mattress. All of this, and this was the best price out of all I was quoted.

Perfect! Contacted them Monday night, Ralph came out and measured Tuesday afternoon as promised. Provided excellent consultation on carpet choice for my home with several pets. Price was reasonable and my carpet choice was in stock. The next day a crew showed up and installed carpet in three bedrooms, hallway and stairs. Beautiful job, old carpet was in very bad shape and I appreciated their demo and floor prep work. Highly recommend.

The overall experience went great. James came out and measured the home and provided an estimate. The installers showed up on time and worked hard the entire time. They were very polite and professional. They did a good job with the seams and stretching the carpet. They hauled off all of the old floor and had the best pricing we could find for demo, install, carpet, and haul off of old flooring. I will recommend them and use them again.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and honest. The installers worked quickly and finished the job under the estimate but the quality remained excellent. We feel we got a fair price for an excellent product.

We recently bought a home with a lot of fantastic hardwoods, but since I don't want to walk on hardwoods 100% of the time, we went to a few carpet providers to check out options for both installing carpet in a Master BR and closet as well as buying a large area rug (approx 12 x 16). We met with Liz at Carpet Giant and she was very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and took the time to educate us about our options. ?She was also able to come to our home (as a second appt prior to purchase) to double check our dimensions and assure we made the right color choices. She made the buying experience a very good one. As far as the store on Gulf FWY - we had a young child and it was nice that the store was open late on weekdays allowing us to bring him along. ?In addition, they weren't too annoyed with our son acting like a toddler. Even though we were looking to buy high quality carpets and high quality padding, we felt like we got a good price. ?It was certainly better than competitors. ?The install was done professionally - and I was very happy how they cleaned up at the end of the project. ?The carpets look and feel great. I recommend carpet giant highly and I thank Liz for her help with our purchase.

This service was great.? The man from the Cypress area office took care of my order.? We arranged a date convenient for me, he cam to the house as agreed.? He brought several carpet samples ( varying quality and price) measured.? Within 7 days the installer made an appointment convenient for me.? He cam on time was extremely courteous and did a beautiful job.? I couldn't be more pleased.? Finally, I have found a company that is interested in giving A+ service.

I tried to get in contact with one of their salesman to have some carpet replaced in my townhouse. I stopped by the store, went over a few options, and the salesman I was working with said he'd come out to take measurements to give me a firm quote. Well he never called when he said he would. I left him a message or two and he didn't return my calls. I shouldn't have to go out of my way to try and give you business. You lost my interest for good.

Salesman said he would call that day to set up time to arrive....never heard from him until 3 days later.

Perfect service as usual. This company actually installed carpet in two of my other properties and did an excellent job every single time. The are also very quick and seem to be available when I need them even on short notice. Elizabeth is an awesome salesperson.

They showed up on time and finished in a day which they said the would do. The sales person came to my house and helped me to pick a color of carpeting and the weight of padding. We were selling the house and wanted to have something that would be attractive to a buyer, but not overly expensive.

The installers(Giovanni) and installation manager were awesome. This team was VERY detail oriented and attentive to our expectations. Not an easy task! Now for my personal/negative issues I had with carpet giant. I would STRONGLY recommend you don't give CG(carpet giant) your CC(credit card )information over the phone. My CC information was written on an invoice and during the installation, I noticed three different employees of CG were traveling around with a copy of this invoice. Job to job with my CC information. When I called to complain, the manager states this is there protocol and that I should just "deal with it". Next issue....In the middle of the install, they ran out of material which delayed our install to be completed the day before we were to leave for a vacation. After making arrangements with Renee to pay upon our return, I then received demanding emails, texts and a phone call from John, about how I needed to pay NOW. John's phone call was abrasive,pompous and down right un professional. Especially, since the only form of payment he could offer was my CC over the phone. I refused to pay over the phone cause I already had my credit card changed cause of aforementioned issues.The day after we returned from Vacation, i walked into CG's showroom and paid in full.

Renee was great with expediting our carpet order and the installers were very nice and professional. We were pleased with the experience.

It went well. Only problems was lack of ease in communicating with workers

The installer for the ceramic tile in our entryway was very sloppy - he did not put down plastic on the carpet before or during the installation of the tiles. Even though we were replacing the living room carpet, he was unaware of that and he did not understand English well. I took photos and sent to the salesman. I was upset at this and probably would have cancelled the entire carpet order if this would have been done on carpet we were keeping. This was very unprofessional, regardles as to whether the carpet was going to be replaced or not. The installer should have taped plastic protection all around the area he was working. He spilled grout on the carpet and did not even attempt to clean it up. He also stained all the baseboards in the entryway by not wiping the grout off of them after completing the job. The carpet installers were awesome, professional and very friendly.

Very professional. They did a fantastic job and were the best priced company that we got bids on. We will definitely use them again.

Overall we are extremely happy with the professionalism of the consultant, price, product and work performed by the installation crew. Our ONLY disappointment was not being informed of how much dust and residue from sanding the concrete to expect. We were new at home improvements, this being our first one, and would have liked to know that removing and covering all personal items should have been a must. Instead, we only moved the items into the master bath and they were covered in concrete dust. It was a hassle and nuisance that if told what to expect, would have prevented it by removing things completely out of the work areas.

We called several times to the listed number. there was an option of in home estimate. They told us the salesperson would call us. We never got a call. We tried reaching them twice based on reviews and finally gave up!

Great provider - - In store practical help, I was trying to find a good deal and they helped me find the right pieces to match together. - Price was good and they were clear upfront on costs - Installers were great, they did a awesome job in a very difficult (many corners, cabinets doors etc.) area. Would use them again.

The services were excellent. The carpet is of great quality. The company was very easy to deal with, prompt, and good prices.
