CARLISLE HOMES II LPD

We really did not need to shop around. We are real estate agents, so we knew a lot of the builders in the area. We had absolutely no problems whatsoever with this company. Everyone was just spectacular. We really felt that we were treated with the utmost respect. The crew's overall craftsmanship was just incredible. There was nothing out of place. They did such an amazing job. We highly recommend this company to anyone.

I am overall not too pleased with the service of this company. There were many little things that were not done correctly or not done at all. I have recently put in a request for some more work to be done and they have yet to respond. I would assume that things should have been done in correct logical order during the building process but they were not. I was not pleased at all.

I guess you could say that they did a so so job. I probably would not refer them to anyone. I was not 100% pleased with them and I felt that I should have been. Some things are just not right. A few walls are unleveled with cracks and that it is not something that I had paid for. I am just kind of unsure about them. I do not think that I would have them back again.

Overall, this was a good experience. The company changed supervisors mid stream of our building, but the change was made without error in the construction. Only had 2 set backs, which the company resolved to our satisfaction, we were able to move in timely.
