Description of Work: We had a drain jetted and while the blockage was not something they could fix, we figured with the problem not being fixed and the tech being and hour and half late the price would have been prorated. But it wasn't. I had to call several times to make sure someone was still coming. They did however show up and stay until late at night. The tech did seem knowledgable and was professional. Main issue was the hassle of them being late and then the price being high for an unsolved issue.

THEY WERE NOT THE CHEAPEST CONTRACTOR, BUT I HAD HEARD SO MANY GOOD THINGS ABOUT THEM FROM A FEW OTHER PEOPLE THAT I DECIDED TO USE THEM. OVERALL, THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND I WAS VERY PLEASED.
Description of Work: THEY FIXED THE PLUMBING IN MY UPSTAIRS BATHROOM AFTER I HAD A LEAK BEHIND THE WALL. THEY ENDED UP REPLACING THE BROKEN PIPE.
