+ -1 moreKarl Breckon is a consummately professional engineer. He's very knowledgeable & experienced in Houston foundation issues & repairs. He was responsive, accessible, and committed to a thorough engineering assessment of our foundation and how it should be leveled and repaired. The job went very well, owing largely to the conscientious, thorough preparation and follow-up of BEC Engineering.
Description of Work: Evaluated home, slab, and repair history to investigate foundation movement. Provided engineering assessment and remediation plan for adjustment of existing bell bottom piers and addition of new ones. Evaluated four (4) foundation repair bids for final selection and supervised contractor's work. Re-evaluated slab after leveling and directed final adjustments.
