ASG Alarm Securities Group has been good. I have had a couple accidental alarms. They have responded quickly with a phone call and sent a police officer to my home just to be safe. I'm very comfortable with this arrangement. I plan to move soon, and they have been very helpful and understanding when answering my questions about closing my account.

This was a first time set up. I can honestly say that everything went great. The workers were very nice. They were in and out of here in no time at all. Everything was explained to me in detail. I had lots of questions for them. They were not frustrated with me. They answered every question with a respectable answer. Nothing was unanswered. I am very satisfied. I feel very confident with my services. I feel secure enough to continue to use them for a while. I am set to pay a monthly fee. The installation was free.

ASG does an excellent job. They are very helpful with any questions I may have concerning problems. I believe I got the best price for alarm monitoring in my area. They notify me if there is a false alarm and make sure everything is alright. I feel safe with using this company.

ASG Alarm Securities Group installed the alarm system when the home was built and came out to hook it up. The service people are polite and gave a good explanation on how the system works. No false alarms, but just a few accidental set offs. My husband opened the door once without turning the alarm off so the system went off. They called within minutes to check and make sure everything was okay. The first year of service is free so I am not sure what monthly payments will be yet.
