Description of Work: had a problem with tap on-off kitchen faucet under sink attached to purification equipment. called, explained problem and scheduled a repair. came on tome , looked and said that was not part of the purification system and apologized that they did not work on those appliances and very sorry for their misunderstanding my call. while there he checked the water- salt machine in garage, adjusted and explained refills. no charge for the trip out.
