Company was responsiveness, and courteous. Just not really sure what we paid for, other than a quote on what we need to do to replace our current system. Not really a tune-up, so much as an inspection.

AC wasn't working right on one of the hottest days of the year. House was 90 degrees inside. Called several places. Either they couldn't make it, or it was going to be at least $500 or both. I called Air Tech and they were able to get me in and the repair was done in about 30 minutes. The guy was professional and knowledgeable and kept me informed on the progress. Now my AC works better than ever.

Did a great job. Working well.

Responded same day to A/C out, came when he said he would, quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. A great experience.

Carlos Lazares23 hours agoI am thankful for the prompt service but I MUST point out the following: 1.- I asked if you had a tech nearby to visit me today. I was told you were completely booked and that I needed to pay additional $100 for an emergency call service. I was told it would be applied towards any repair charges. So I did. 2.- Technician called me 30 min after placing my order saying he was to arrive in 30 to 45 min. I made me question item #1 3.- A wire had burnt and the capacitor needed to be replaced, no more than $50 max in hardware. It was no more than 30 min labor (let's assume $65/hr labor). The refrigerant level was also checked. Total amount billed for this service $229..........meaning i had to write an additional check for $70. Gentlemen (Mr. Billy) as a customer I can't avoid to feel overcharged. How should I rate you in Angie's List? Should I refer you to a friend?.... When a customer purchases a emergency call coupon we treat it as such. We take in that the customer needs immediate service and has paid extra for it. At that time we will put this customer first before a regular service call fee. As soon as a technician is available and have completed their previous call the technician will then be rerouted to that emergency call. To address your concerns about price on parts and fees ( #3.) A average capacitor price is $329.00. Out technician discounted that price $100.00 He also noted your coupon at 159.00 and not 149.00. He subtracted your emergency call and left you with a balance of $70.00. The remaining $70.00 included the replacement of common wire, replacing run capacitor and cleaning you condenser coil to lower your pressures and labor cost as the 149.00 covered most of the capacitor. Everything went great. The labor cost seemed a little high for the the complexity of the job, and compared to the price of the part, but overall I am very satisfied. Further, he topped me off with freon without any charge, which definitely saved me some money.

Very professional. Not pushy. Did not try to dissuade me from securing additional opinions or bids.

The technician reported that the machinery was in good working order and that there was plenty of coolant in the system. He also identified that a coolant pipe was installed without insulation, causing condensation in the ceiling and a drip. This, he fixed, and the drip has stopped.

Excellent! I have used Air Tech on several occasions for myself and mother in-law. I originally found them thru Angie's list and have been using them since. Very honest and dependable! Highly recommend.

I was satisfied with the replacement of my furnace.

They recommended that dampers needed to be installed and all the ductwork replaced. But it was too expensive to have all that work done - they estimated $3-4K to replace all the ductwork and install dampers. I thought that was too expensive and I decided not to spend the money at this time.

Very professional and excellent customer service. The Technician was thorough and very knowledgeable. He took his time to figured out the problems. Great attitude and very punctual. I highly recommend them.

My A/C stopped blowing in the middle of a hot Sunday. Called Air Tech and scheduled an emergency appointment the next morning (Monday). Kyle came on time, quickly identified the culprit (faulty capacitor) and installed the new one right away. He also checked the compressors (voltage and pressure). Everything was done quickly and professionally. Will definitely use their service again if needed.

the tech did the heater checkup however he did not have the correct information and did not do the a/c service. I talked with the dispatch or management and they agreed I paid for both a/c and heating. They refunded the difference; they wanted to refund the entire amount, but I wouldn't let them since part of the service was completed. Overall service was good; they just need to assure that the tech have the complete service work level.

It went well. I think they performed the services advertised and I believe that they were timely and I think it went well. The service was performed on July 31st 2015. It cost $135 and I paid online. I didn't pay any more money. What I paid online was all that was due. I disagreed with them, am not sure they were 100% accurate. I would probably not use them again but I think it's more to, they specialize in different kinds of A/Cs than what I have so I think I would work with someone with expertise on that particular brand.

Steve arrived on time and performed the check-ups in a reasonable amount of time. Provided tips re prolonging our systems and gave us a heads up regarding some service that would improve efficiency. Will definitely call on them again.

Rodolfo came out on a Saturday, and was helpful, professional, timely. Besides finding and fixing the problem promptly, he also explained why the clog occurred, and what we can do to avoid it in the future, which I appreciated very much. What a gentleman. Why is this so rare among service providers---sharing essential information? We also appreciated the coupon. Thank you, Air Tech and Rodolfo.

The Tech came and was very friendly. He checked both of my intake vents and would have changed the filters if I had replacements. He went up into the attic, where I couldn't follow and check the system there. He then went outside to add Freon to the unit.

Air Tech did a great job diagnosing our A/C problem and installing our new unit. They were timely and professional throughout the process. Their office staff is very responsive and professional. The installation process went smoothly. They were neat and tidy during installation and took care to protect our flooring as they brought the new system into our home. We were a bit shocked at the cost of replacing the system (this being the first time we've had to do so), but after research we discovered that their prices are competitive. After installation, we had a question about air flow and they promptly sent someone out (same day) to check the problem and make adjustments. They are our go-to A/C company!

Joe was great. Arrived on time, business-like, and did a super job. Also cleared out drain pipe and put some pills in system to keep down slime. No hard sales ever with these guys. MY favorite HVAC company!

It was fine. Jason was good. He remained available for my follow up appointment and completion. He helped arrange financing.

It went very well. From start to finish everyone was very professional and effecient.
