Air Tech could not be more professional. They were prompt and efficient, performing the work I had paid for in the deal. No attempts to upsell or add-on. Have used them before and will continue to do so in the future.

Steve Finley was the technician that came out to check the AC and heating in this house. I was very impressed with the thorough job he did inspecting all the house that needed to be checked. He explained every detail to me. I was so badly to have Steve check the house for me. He was very very thorough.

Fairly straightforward. We got A/C with another provider.

According to my tenant, the technician did a nice prompt and clean job.

I sent a message to AirTech on Sunday notifying them that my AC was not cooling. I was called back on the same day an scheduled for service the next day. Upon arrival, I was given two options for repair. Once selected, a team returned later the same day to change out the AC unit. AC systems were up and running by the end of the day. A few days later, once temps dropped, the heater did not kick on. It was turned off for safety during install, and not turned back on. I called, and someone returned within a few hours to turn the pilot light on. All systems are running properly. This is the third time that I used this company, and would recommend again due to promptness and quality customer service.

He was on time, courteous and professional, and worked efficiently. He checked the HVAC system and gave me information I needed to know about the system. Recommend this provider and service.

The tech arrived over an hour late at about 6:10 pm. He was suppose to be tat our house between 2 pm and 6 pm. He went into the attic, took one look at the furnace and said the inducer fan was bad. He claimed he could change the fan but he would recommend replacing the whole furnace. He then wrote me a quote for $3,500 to replace the furnace and said he would have to call me with a quote to replace the fan. He never called me so after a couple of days I called them. He called me back and said they could not find a replacement fan, I told him I had located two of them on line and would be happy to order one if they would give me a quote to install it. He said they would call me back, they never did. It is apparent they are only interested in selling new over priced units, they are not interested in servicing, repairing or "tuning up" an existing unit. It was wasted money using them and a big waste of my time.

!I didnt dispute the $1,500 labor charge because I didn't know how many hours this coil replacement would take. But, when the 2 workers finished the whole project in 2 hours, I knew I over paid by a long shot. 2 hours x 2 guys x $100hr is only $400. My neighbor later told me he had his replaced for $600. Oh well. Seems to be working fine.

First crew which came out did not do the job! They were amateurs. So I called them back and got a senior technician to return. He blew out the stoppage within the ceiling area near the unit and the leakage from the outside ceased. So I was very happy with the senior technician.

From the time that I called at 10:38AM on Sunday 11/22/2015 to 11:35AM 11/22/2015 my Furnace was fixed. I told my wife I would get someone out here during the weekday to save $. But it was just too cold in the house with it getting even worse tonight. Tod showed up extremely fast and fixed the issue within 10 mins or so. I knew it was going to be a easy fix, as the Furnace wasn't throwing any codes. I just had no idea where to look. Tod was very helpful and answered all my questions. I will defiantly use Air Tech of Houston again if I have anymore issues. Hopefully I will not have too thought ! :)

It went okay. They do what they did all right. They just do what they were told, that's all.

I have an annual contract with them for inspection and I engaged my son also and this is a great company.

I watched them, and I'm really not sure that they checked 20 things. They said they didn't really have to check much because the units were less than 2 years old. They claimed that I needed more Freon in both systems and wanted to charge me $200 for the Freon. I declined and got a second opinion. The systems did not need any more Freon. It turns out that they didn't look at the specifications for the units that I had to determine the proper Freon levels. Therefor, this could mean one of two things. Either they were incompetent or dishonest.

He was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Awesome! They checked to confirm that all is in working order and let me know of a problem that my builder needs to address. I have been in my home 8 months and I have some time left on my warranty. Thank goodness he was able to let me know of the problem so I could get it fixed during my warranty period. I suspected an issue and had asked the installer to look at it twice and both times told me all was fine. I am so happy I called Air Tech to double-check. I started using Air Tech of Houston at my prior home to install a new air conditioner and then used them for a number of years to do biannual maintenance and have absolutely loved them. I will definitely continue to use them in my new home. I have never been as impressed with a company and its workers as I have been with these guys. They show up on time, keep things clean, are very polite, offer very helpful suggestions and most importantly, they do a GOOD JOB! Highly, highly recommend them.

We really like these guys. In our old place, they replaced and maintained our A/C unit, so it was a no brainer to have them come out and inspect our hvac system in our new house. Unfortunately it wasn't good news and we ended up replacing both units, reseating the furnace, and doing a bunch of duct work ($14000 as we picked better quality units). However, as we have used them before, we knew we could trust their judgement. They are not the cheapest guys out there, but you get what you pay for with them. They offer a 2x per year checkup for $185/yr (which is what we had done this time). They come out in the spring to inspect and clean the ac unit and do the furnace in the fall. Very helpful and organized.

I was interested in finding a new service provider for my air conditioning and heating needs. I bought the Angie's Deal for both Air Tech and Abacus. Abacus came first. Their technician was here for over an hour. He checked the system inside and out and the ducts. Air Tech's technician was here for 20 minutes. He said everything looked okay, but didn't go into any detail. I was also interested in installing a smart thermostat. Abacus went into great detail about which thermostat I should purchase (Honeywell 9000), the cost, and the installation process. Air Tech's technician suggested a different model thermostat (Honeywell 8000). He didn't know what the cost would be or how long it would take to install it. Said he would have to call me.I just wasn't impressed by the whole Air Tech experience.

Went smoothly. No attempt to up charge. Showed up on time, did work, and left.

The guy was very thorough and polite. He inspected the thermostat, air filter, condensation drain, evaporator coil, evaporator fan and motor, freon lines, condenser coil and fan motor and the freon levels. He changed the filters. He cleaned any and/or all coils and blower wheels that may have had dust or debris. He lubricated some bearings that needed it. He also added a bleach tab to the drain. All in all, he was very thorough.

It went very well. A couple of months afterwards I had a problem with the new system, but they came out and repaired it.

Nice to support a local business. Could have had the repairs done the day of inspection but we had a dinner prearranged and it wouldn't be ready in time. So we waited and they came out first thing in the morning. Honored the 10% off angies list members and applied the inspection costs to the overall bill. I'll have them come out every year to inspect my A/C and Heating now

I had a good experience with them. They came in and did the job.

Provided a timely estimate and told me about the current status of my current system which is 15 years old. My plan is to use this company to replace my system.
