Overall the service went very well, and the tech. (Samuel) was very courteous, and on time. He explained everything that he was about to do. He also answered all my questions. I was very pleased with his service.

I was surprised at how fast an appointment was scheduled. Furthermore, Chris showed up on time and eager to help. Chris checked our systems and explained how things were operating now and what we could expect down the road. I had complete confidence in what he told me and I look forward to using Air Tech again. Chris represented Air Tech well and show a genuine concern for our satisfaction.

Extremely satisfied with the service I received from this company. The repair men were on time and were very professional. They took precautions not to damaged any part of my home in the process of removal and replacement. They replaced my thermostat and did a couple of other things needed while they were up there and included it in the price. The price itself was for 2 complete furnace units. Best pricing and best warranties out of all the quotes i got. So glad I went with them.

He gave us a decent inspection and found some legitimate repairs that needed done. They were repairs that didn't need to be done right away so he gave us some prices with no pressure to complete them right away. I felt they. We're honest and would use them again

The service provider called before he arrived at the scheduled time. After servicing the furnace. He explained what he examined on the furnace & the condition of the furnace. He also ask if we had any questions about the operation of the furnace. I would definitely use this HAVC Company again & ask for the same technician who serviced our furnace.

Friendly, professional, no hassle, honest. We used to use another local provider, but every visit got more and more expensive, and they always found something wrong, not to mention, I always ran into problems after they left. But not the case with Air Tech. They are our HVAC maintenance vendor of choice.

They explained the options on the first exploratory visit when we were having a problem. They were back the next morning to replace the heater. They were clean and relatively quick.

It went okay. It turned out that I need the control board replaced on my furnace. So, they really weren't able to do what I had hired them to do. But that wasn't their fault. It was the problem with the HVAC. They gave me a quote on it. The quote on it was going to be $1000. This is a furnace that's not under warranty. So, I have since, asked them for a quote for a new system and I haven't heard from them at all. I asked them for the quote Monday of this week. I was going to call them and say, "Hey, can you give it to me?" Because I'm making a decision today, who I'm going to purchase it from. I'm getting quotes from $1700 to $2200, for a brand-new system, when his quote to repair it was right at $1000. He did a thorough job of checking everything and troubleshooting. I would buy this package from them again.

They gave me a diagnosis. But, that turned out not to be the problem. The problem was a bad breaker that the air conditioner was on. They charged me $59 because I didn't have my coupon. I don't think they had it on their system that I had purchased it. They should probably look at other possible options that are causing problems, except for the most obvious one. The obvious problem that I had wasn't the reason why it was turning the air conditioner off. It had to do with electricity and power. I almost spent a lot of money trying to fix that one problem that they recommended and that wasn't even the problem. I've used them in the past and they've been spot on. This time it didn't really work out. But, they've been fair with their price and prompt and very knowledgeable.

They were really good. There were no additional charges. We had also used Air Tech to check our air conditioning unit earlier in the year and I requested the same technician to come back for the heater because he was so good.

They scheduled our service on the same day that we bought the Big Deal. The technician was great. He was thorough, and explained our options thoroughly.

I didn't appreciate the up sell of the deal. The technician was very pleasant otherwise.

The provider arrived at 12:50 P.M. and performed a routine check and maintenance on my a/c unit.

I have used this company for several years. They are very reliable and always come within the appointment window. The technicians are knowledgeable and dressed professionally and they take care to put put covers on their shoes. Two years ago they replaced my AC unit and gave me a good deal on that as well. I would not use anyone else for heating and cooling needs.

This was a follow up to a service call 3 months earlier for system not cooling when outside temperature high. They diagnosed the problem with the old unit that was now tripping the circuit breaker. They explained the old AC condenser problem and applied a $100 part fix that was required to get it running but would be only temporary and the part would need to be replaced again shortly, and they would take the repair cost off a new unit if I bought one through them. I researched their diagnosis and it was good. I price shopped and negotiated pricing with them getting an excellent price. They did an excellent job quickly installing a highly rated AC unit on my schedule at a great price.

I expected him to turn the hose on to clean off the outside units but he didn't. He was very nice. I just didn't get the feeling that it was a very thorough job. But he was honest about a leak he found and offered different ways to manage it.

We purchased a big deal for a furnace tune-up. The technician arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of our furnace. He found and replaced a dirty filter that we didn't even know existed. We have been doing business with Air Tech for years and will continue to do so.

Provider was on-time and professional. He checked the A/C system to make sure that it was performing as it should. The system didn't need any maintenance besides cleaning out the outdoor unit. No coolant was needed, so it was a little bit pricey for the service, but that's really more a function of the fact that I prepaid and didn't need everything I paid for. Provider also provided a quote for some additional work. The quote was provided on-site, which was great, but we ended up going with another provider that was more reasonable for the additional work.

The provided called ahead of time to confirm the appointment. Technician was punctual and professional. The heating system was not blowing heat when the technician arrived and he identified the thermostat was the issue. After placing the thermostat in manual and adjusting the setting, the heater came on. He then performed complete tune up of the furnace.

I needed to have my entire HVAC system overhauled which I was told by a different provider at an earlier date. This other provider told me the work had to be done immediately, as the A/C probably would not make it another week. I asked for a written proposal for the work from that provider. While waiting for his proposal, I contacted two other companies to come out and inspect my system, AirTech being one of those two companies, Without their knowledge of the earlier provider, AirTech informed me that I could expect increased problems with the A/C unit over the coming year. In the end, I contacted three providers for proposals. All 3 providers came to my home, only 2 submitted the written proposals I had requested. Of the 2 that sent proposals, AirTech provided the most detailed proposal about the work to be done with line item cost. Following that, I did research on HVAC units. As a result, I had many questions which I submitted to all 3 providers. Of the 3, AirTech was very prompt in responding to all of my questions and provided very detailed explanations. Though their price was slightly higher than the other company that submitted a proposal, after all of the correspondence, I had much more confidence in my decision to use AirTech. After signing the contract, they sent me a detailed "What to expect on installation day" email. That was very much appreciated. The installation went exactly as their email had said it would. All workers who were on the job were most professional and very pleasant. They took precautions to not cause damage to flooring and carpeting from the front door to upstairs at their indoor work site. Their clean up was spotless. The worksite outdoors was cleaned to perfection as well. The ductwork they did was a work of art. The furnace and air compressors installed are AMAZING. The followup communications from AirTech have also reconfirmed that my choice for AirTech was the right one. They deserve much higher marks that I'm able to give her. The job was started on time at 8 a.m. and finished before the end of the day. By 4 p.m. my new air conditioner was up and running silently and perfectly. We have since switched from A/C to the heater which also is working so much better than anticipated. I am so pleased with AirTech. It is a top-notch, professional organization that takes great pride in their work and they do not disappoint.

The tech showed up on time, was clean and courteous. He inspected the furnace using an amp meter to check the electronics. After doing that and looking at the circuit board he announced the whole system was dead and it would be very expensive to replace. I have some experience with my furnace and suggested the pressure switch was the problem as the "dead" circuitry was flashing an error code of 3. He asked how I knew this and so I showed him the use manual. This is also a common code for many different furnaces according to my online research. He accepted this and used a bare wire to bypass the pressure switch and the furnace lit. He went on to tell me the pressure switch was faulty and suggested I replace it myself to save money. I have since done this, only to find the switch was not the problem, rather it was a blocked valve preventing the pressure switch to detect the drop in pressure. Again, a bit of googling shows this to be a common problem. As such in very disappointed at the technical knowledge of the tech that was sent out. I feel that he was way too quick to try and convince me the whole furnace needed replacing and didn't take the time to understand the problem and troubleshoot the cause. All in all I feel it was a negative experience and I wouldn't use them again. Not sure why they have such good reviews.
